Been to this place twice. While the actual eye Dr is awesome, the person in front has ruined it both times. 1st time there, about a year ago, I asked for a quote from them and they locked my benefits from eye insurance so I could only order from them. Went again today and again the Dr was awesome and the same front person was still there. They gave me a line that their system for validating insurance was down and wanted me to pay out of pocket. Two visits and 2 strikes, there will not be a 3rd chance. My apologies to the Dr who, as I've said is awesome, but I will not support a business with a person that ruins the experience. 1 star is being generous!

I walked in to Target Optical in Knollwood and Jonathan not only took time to fix the frame, it was done with a friendly and professional attitude and without charging me since it was a simple screw. Then I decided to order some glasses, and Taylor was a great help in picking out frames, and he was very personable and took the time to make sure I got everything I needed.
