So I went to the store and was greeted by Alysha (might not be the correct spelling of her name). She was very nice. I bought some cheap readers from Amazon and the screw fell out. She said she would fix if for FREE. I was so happy that I didn't have to buy another pair. It was a really nice experience stopping in this LensCrafters.

I had a great experience at my eye doctor appointment! The lead tech, Emma, was absolutely awesome- friendly, knowledgeable, and really thorough!! I didn't end up needing new glasses, just a quick update to make sure I'm still seeing 20/20, and Emma handled everything perfectly from start to finish. I also saw Dr. A., who was professional and helpful. It was a very smooth and positive visit!

I was in quite a pickle! I lost my Rx glasses on a cruise, in the ocean, and needed a pair quickly! Progressives of course... 10 days to make. I got an appt for an eye exam since my Rx was over 2 years old. They got me in on a SUNDAY for the Rx exam (got back from my cruise that Saturday) and I picked out frames as well, and this was the Sunday before Christmas. We were travelling again on Jan 1st and I thought there was NO way I'd get them before we left. Well, I got an early Xmas present, they were ready on the 31st! They stayed open until 6pm and I was able to pick them up and get them before our flight on the 1st. WONDERFUL customer service from both the optician and assistance, and the frame/sales guy. Thank you so much! You now have a repeat customer who will recommend you to everyone who needs glasses. Much appreciated for the speed and service!

The doctor who did the actual eye exam was very nice and professional, Donnie was the one to ring me up, I didn't have time to look at frames today but and he was very nice and professional. I had a wonderful experience at my glasses appointment. Emma, the lead tech, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable--she made the whole process easy and comfortable. I unfortunately don't remember the doctor's name, but she was great as well and took the time to make sure my prescription was just right. I also remember a lady named Beck who was very helpful and welcoming during my visit.
Overall, the entire team was professional, patient, and made me feel well cared for. I'm really happy with my appointment and would definitely recommend this location!

LensCrafters offered a wonderful experience, as I just moved into Minnesota. All staff members were professional, courteous, and happy to be there. The manager Angela happily offered up a greeting and a smile as I walked through the door, and guided me to where I needed to be. I met the lead tech there named Emma, who was knowledgeable and helpful before my exam. I recommend giving that girl a raise, as she was definitely a GIRL BOSS! I had my exam with Dr. Yang who was very charming, but professional. He gave me some prewarning about an early onset eye condition, that I didn't even know of (I went to Pearle for years prior). After getting my updated prescription I met with a glasses expert named Dolly who helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. I struggle finding any glasses that fit, as my head is very large, and my PD is obscenely unique. Luckily, everyone at LensCrafter made the process smooth, fast, and enjoyable. I can't say that for any previous establishments.

I found a pair of rx sunglasses while on vacation. I took them in to Woodbury LensCrafters. They are able to send them in to get plain shaded lenses to replace the rx lenses. The entire staff I dealt with throughout my visit were very helpful. Great experience!
