20/20 Vision Center

I've never posted a review on an establishment, but I had to this time. The first time I used them, they were great. My daughter and I got eyeglass exams and glasses with no issues. I came back last month, and thought I would have the same experience (even though someone at work said that she would never go back bc they got her prescription wrong). I got an eye exam for glasses and contacts. The optometrist was on point with the glasses prescription, but my contact prescription was off, and made my vision blurry. I was respectable and understanding when I called to let them know and ended up needing to be re-examined. I asked if I could make an appointment and was told to come in at my convenience. When I returned to the office (3 days later), it was Friday (yesterday) around 2 o'clock, and was told that the doctor stops doing exams at 12 and would not be examining me. The person behind the desk was texting with him, and says that he asked if I think I need bifocals. (Um, I guess I'm supposed to give myself a diagnosis). Mind you, he was still there, so I asked why he wouldn't examine me since he didn't do the job correctly the first time ( I have a job and a life outside of sitting in an optometrist's office). He eventually came out and did not acknowledge me. He instead puts his large pizza box down, leans on the desk and talks with his staff. I got no apology, no "Hi" or "Hello", or even a look in my direction. When I DID talk to him, he was dismissive and even kept his elbows on the counter and let me WALK all the way to him to hand him a piece of paper-wouldn't even stick his arm out to meet me with it. He showed no type of sympathy for the fact that I cannot wear the prescription that he gave me, so I assume this happens all the time. I can't put everything on this review bc I would have to type for another hour, but Mr. Clark, you are unprofessional and need to put the pizzas down if you don't have the energy to treat me like a customer instead of an employee, and the only reason you should be leaving early on ANY day is to go to class to learn how to do a proper eye exam. Otherwise, you need to be IN THE OFFICE getting some practice. Your staff was very helpful, as far as they could be, and that is why I didn't react the way that I really wanted to, bc I was VERY close to being VERY disrespectful, but that's not how my parents raised me. Your 1 star is bc of your staff.

I visited 20/20 for the first in which I was shocked at the amazing service received through the door. The two amazing women up front I believe names where Carlisha, Ericka went above and beyond 3 times to get my glasses taken care of

I am working in the area and got their name from my insurance company as I needed to get my annual eye test. Boy am I glad I chose them. Now I am wishing they were closer to where I live! Not only is customer service outstanding (they were willing to help me choose glasses frames, gave me practical advice about things like I was a relative, etc.) but the doctor is wonderful! I travel across the country regularly for work. Many times I have had someone prescribe glasses for me that when I out them in I couldn't see as well as I even did with my old glasses. They'd always say my eyes needed to get used to them. Well, yeah, your eyes will but if your prescription is right you should be able to see excellently. That's my thought anyway. This doctor nailed it! I HIGHLY recommend you try 2020 Vision! (PS: I have never gone online and given a review on Google prior. I thought they deserved my time for their excellence...AND their prices are VERY reasonable too!!)

Been going here for a very long time and they take great care of my eyes. No problems with my glasses or my scripts ever, contacts are cheap and they even take care of my crazy eye contact orders. Always nice, always professional. You could not ask for a better experience. I appreciate all they do for me.

I went to get my glasses ordered and the woman at the desk was very nice and helpful. I found the perfect pair, and she asked to see them on me. She confirmed and said they really suited me I got them ordered and am awaiting them to come in. The optometrist is also very nice and offered a free sample of some fake tears for my dry eyes. He talked with me like I was part of his family. Thank you 20/20 vision! They have such a big selection of glasses as well.

Had an amazing experience with the staff of 20/20 Vision, I was able to look at every single frame I wanted and was helped with choosing a style I liked. The Doctor was very personable and kind, he answered all my questions and concerns. It had been well over 3-4 years since I had seen an optometrist and wanted to be sure everything was healthy. They went above and beyond and I'll be staying with this practice.

I love going to 20/20 Vision Center. Dr. Clark and his staff are very professional. I'm always able to make an appointment that's convenient for my 3 children and I. Our visits are mostly always in and out. Dr. Clark is very thorough with his exams and seems like he doesn't mind you asking questions. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.
