Had the best experience with every single person I interacted with here! The optometrist was the most caring individual. She was informative and very receptive on what I was telling her! Both receptionists went above and beyond with patience and tolerance of me having to bring my one year old along. Thanks to everyone there!!! I will be back and will not go anywhere else!

Staff is extremely rude. Doctor is extremely rude. She referred our son for medical tests for a suspected condition, billed insurance, but never preformed tests. We had to pay over $100 out of pocket due to their negligence. When I told her that The tests were not preformed, she stated they billed for "suspected reasons" and didn't have to preform the test or do the referral. We ended up paying $300 extra for the appointment and she never gave us any feedback. She was also an hour late for the appointment.

Dr. Milam and her staff are all very nice and professional. I was seen promptly and feel like they did everything possible to utilize my time with them. They do everything they can to ensure that you're comfortable and have everything you need to keep your eyes healthy and happy. I highly recommend AEV for all your vision needs.

My experience was great. Excellent staff and very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks for letting me know that my Medicare (Red, White, and Blue Card), along with my Medicare Supplement fully covered my exam. I look forward to seeing you again a year from now.

This is a wonderful place all the way around. My daughter and I walked into a welcoming atomosphere for the first time with smiles. There were two wonderful ladies up front who eagerly and anxiously to be an assistance to any care or need of ours. Then another lady in the imaging room was very calm and patient with my daughter and I to take the perfect eye image( as perfect as we could get) as possible to get to the wonderful eye doctor. The doctor took her time preciously with a smile as she got the best accuracy for our little blind eyes to see. As we proceeded to end this wonderful visit. My daughter was able to accomplish contact lens training with again one of the front ladies. And I was sooooo happy that I was under budget for this visit. We enjoyed it...we will be back...I definitely recommend this place.

Very welcoming!! The front desk lady, Rebecca, is very very nice and knowledgeable about contacts! She made me feel very comfortable and ready to get my eyes examined. The technician did a great job, and Dr Milam was very nice as well!

Highly disappointed in the service provided. The check in lady neglected to mention they only do retinal imaging which ended up being an extra $20 charge I wasn't expecting. I waited over an hour for the eye doctor to finally show up to complete my exam. After waiting an hour, the technician came out to get my glasses again because my information didn't save correctly in the computer. I only got to spend 5 minutes with the actual eye doctor. I kept telling the eye doctor the settings she had the machine set to wasn't correct for my left eye. The letters were still blurry out of my left eye. Eye doctor says it is ok because it wasn't blurry when I look through the machine with both eyes. I guess it is ok as long as I have both of my eyes. I would leave 0 stars if that was an option. So glad they don't provide glasses and give you the prescription when leaving.

My husband and I had an appointment made. We got there on time filled and filled out our papers. When I gave the women our paperwork she didn't ask about insurance or for id's or anything. We sat back down and then an older woman came complaining because they messed up her prescription and they were trying to double charge her and her insurance.
