Dr. Hancock has wonderful bedside manner and is a very communicative doctor. I was requested to come in on behalf of my regular optometrist due to retina detachment. She told me what the cause was, talked to me about options for surgery, explained what she was going to do before she done it, and asked multiple times if there were any questions before and after the surgery to ensure we wouldn't forget to ask any important questions. Honestly, I could make a whole other review on how kind and patient the staff is.

Again. Over booked waited 1 hour past scheduled time. Talked with front and they said I was next two people called before me from that point. A lady I was sitting with had a 215 time slot and got called before me at 2. Now I have to find someone to look at my eye on my own. This is not a way to run a business

I can't say enough good about this clinic. Dr Hancock and Dr Schonbach are both wonderful. My husband has had retina detachment surgery by both doctors and they saved his sight. When his retina started detaching both times they worked us in. When he needed urgent surgery. They sent him to the hospital the same day and did the surgery. Their staff is also so nice and helpful!

Honestly, I don't post reviews of anywhere. I've been bringing my mom here for a long time. I work in the medical field. So my response to this place is that they over schedule the amount of patients they can handle in one day. You sign in and sit in a packed waiting area for hours. When they call you back, they do an eye test. Only to then put you in a smaller packed waiting room. Come get you to take pictures. Then back to the waiting room. It's overflowing. There are people in chairs sitting in the hallway. You go through several different waiting rooms. Then finally get to see the Dr. Who comes in, and spends about 3-5 minutes with you. Doesn't seem very concerned about you. Then either has someone else give you an injection or sends you out to come back in 6 weeks to do it all over again. They just don't seem like they really care about you. They are however making thousands and thousands of dollars from insurance and Medicare from the elderly. If they would schedule accordingly then the Dr could actually have time to care for you before running to another room. More patients in a day. More money, but less patient care. Period.

Dr. Hancock is an amazing Dr/person. She is very compassionate and does amazing work. I was terrified when I went to her with a detached retina not knowing if I would c out my eye again. She worked wonders and I am very blessed to b under her care. Ty for u and ur staffs compassion and kindness!!!

I agree with every word Jonathan Johnson said. Too many people are booked in one day. I don't know if I will get my 98-year-old mother to go back. Waiting almost 4 hours is just too much for her!

Great specialist; Dr.Agrawa is truly terrific. The service is very good and unlike other Retina Specialist they meet their assigned patient's time.

I've delivered food there and I've seen them hungry and still found them to be so nice. Thank you guys.
