Went to the vision center inside Walmart today. Wanda and Tracy are so professional and kind . I was able to get transition and rx sunglasses was for my daughter and for myself. I had a ready nice time they treat you like family it's was a very nice experience. Educational as well. Top notch and intelligent ladies 10 stars!!!

Purchased Oakley frames in Nov. Did not purchase ext warranty. Purchased a replacement set that broke in two weeks and Walmart refused to cover the new set. I paid over 175.00 for a set of frames and Walmart refused to cover the defective product. Do not waste your money at this store. Personnel were horrible and rude. I am a disabled veteran and they let me know where I stand. They have a 60 day money back guarantee on the website and refuse to honor it.

After my regular eye exam & two rechecks, Dr. Britt was still unable to provide me with an accurate prescription.Therefore, I can't wear my new glasses because of an inaccurate prescription, and now, I have to wait until next year for another eye exam, not to mention, it's a waste of my money! I'm extremely disappointed & dissatisfied!!!

Went today to get fitted for contacts. They fitted me for glasses when I went back and told them again that I wanted contacts they said they were going to charge me for another appointment. I am so furious. These people are a joke and Irecommend never to go there!
