I have worked in eyecare myself for over 15 yrs and have done every position in a clinic, minus being the OD. I am very critical, so when I say this was one of my best experiences I do not say that lightly. Dr. Kinnebrew was very thorough and polite. The front desk was polite and very informative. The opticians were polite, though and knowledgeable. If I had any complaint, its a very small one and that would they need a little more variety in frames. Overall, I would give them a 9.5 on a 1-10 scale.

Our experience was great. Since Dr Samuel Ashley is transitioning to retirement, we saw Dr Aimee Kinnebrew. She has great bedside service and we were pleased with the VSP insurance coverage for our visit and new glasses.

My appointment could not have been more satisfactory. The entire process was efficient yet thorough, allowing for same-day fitting of my glasses. Dr. Ashley is always professional, well informed and provides a thorough examination. He also explains and answers any questions you may have. I always recommend him to family and friends.

I've been going to THE VISION CLINIC for over 30 plus years. Today I had my eye exam with Dr. Ashley's Son Miles. He's Dr. Williams all over, body just a little smaller. I smiled the whole time cause I couldn't believe how he's the spitting image of his Dad. Dr Williams, you trained and taught your Son WELL. I couldn't tell Dr. Williams you weren't in the room . He makes up your Absence. The Professionalism, Friendliness and Good Looks. Let's not leave out the Staff, they greets you with a friendly smile, attentive to your needs, helps you get through your visit with ease. I always SEEING you all cause I know I'm gonna leave out HAPPY from THE VISION CLINIC.

After scratching my eye one night, I thought it would feel better the next morning, it did not. I called their office and they gave me appt just an hour later. Miles put drops in to numb it and to help with pain. Just in case, he gave me antibiotic drop and ones to soothe the pain. He always explains what is going on with my vision and answers any questions without rushing.

Dr. Killebrew did a very thorough job of checking my eyes. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with her service. The entire office staff was very helpful and friendly.
