I purchased 3 pair of glasses (one regular, one computer and one safety) and they handled all the insurance requirements and questioned my use for each pair so we could get just the right lenses for my needs. I am only giving 3 Stars because of Ms Donna. However, I went in the Vicksburg store yesterday because I received a text that said that my eyewear was ready. When I walked into the store, I was not greeted at all. After standing there for 5 minutes, the young lady stated, "If you are here to pick up, you're gonna have to come back because I am the only one here right now!" I asked her, "How long?". She said that she didn't know because she was currently helping someone else! Now, I had to drive 35 minutes to get there! So, I left and ran some errons, and went back. Now, there are 2 young ladies in the store, and I still was not greeted by neither. One gets up and walks out the store. The first one that I had encountered is helping someone else AGAIN! She didn't say I'll be there in a second or nothing! So, I am standing and waiting! She finally comes to register and say, Your Name! So, yeah, my experience with picking out my eyewear with Ms Donna was everything, but after that it was absolutely horrible!!!
