WOW! Just, WOW! What an awesome experience. I got something in my eye right at the end of my workday. I realized pretty quickly that it was not going to resolve itself and that I needed urgent care. I called Clarkson Eyecare and they squeezed me in right before they closed. Not only did they make time, but Dr. Stephanie went WAY above and beyond. Not only did they make time but they made sure the pharmacy had my script ahead of time and ready to go when I was done. It's been a long time since I've felt that comfortable, well informed, and calm when receiving this kind of treatment. Thank you thank you thank you for taking such good care of me during my little emergency!!! I will always be extremely grateful!

Dr.Long and Wyatt were amazing!!! Very personable and caring. Dr. Long was the best dr! She makes you feel very comfortable and thorough about what's going on! I highly recommend this establishment! Thank you doc and Wyatt!

I've been a patient of this Clarkson location for years. My experience was always great. Professional employees and knowledgeable providers. I'm not sure what happened, but the patient care I've received recently is horrible. My prescription changed so the doc ordered a new set of trial contacts for me. They also used my benefits and ordered boxes of contacts with the new prescription. Weeks went by, I received the boxes of contacts in the mail at home but never got a call about the trials. Called the office and no one ever answered or called back after leaving a message so I chose to forego the trials and opened my boxes. Wrong decisions. The prescription was horribly off. In order to get back in for another appt. I had to call the Clarkson call center to get someone from the office on the phone. Fast forward back in for appt. Doc changes my prescription and orders new trials. I wait 3 weeks and call to see if they are in knowing I never got a call the first time. Called. Left a message. Waited 48 hours. Never heard a thing. Started calling the office again. Called 10 times before someone finally answered. I was told my contacts were in. I specifically ask to make sure it's the new prescription not the old one. The girl goes checks comes back on the phone and says, yep I just verified this is the new prescription. I drove over, pick them up, get home and guess what? Old prescription!!! Beyond frustrated at this point!

The staff were very friendly and professional. The doctor explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you, Clarkson Eyecare!

We had a problem at another location getting some clarkson glasses adjusted, and upon coming here they immediately started adjusting and fixing the glasses. We were worried that maybe clarkson had gone downhill, and wasn't as good as we remembered it being, BUT the team here proved us wrong and were amazingly helpful, friendly, and kind. This location was amazing and we will definitely be back!

Finally saw the Dr an hour past my appointment time. I just wish they would have told me she was running late when i checked in. I would have rescheduled. Didn't have time to look at glasses since appt was late.

I went there at 12:50 PM to get a glass replacement, but they refused to provide service, saying they were closing at 1:00 PM. The interaction felt rude and unhelpful, especially since there were still 10 minutes left before closing. Very disappointing customer service.

Dr Long is amazing! Super nice and informative. Highly recommend. You feel like family when you go see her.
