have said it before and I will say it again, the entire staff here is incredibly professional and genuinely caring. Jamie, the practice manager, goes above and beyond. Almost a year after my first visit I reached out for help ordering contacts without insurance. She not only responded promptly but even price matched so I could order directly through them, which is exactly what I wanted.
Everyone on the team is quick to respond and truly wants to help. Having worked in an optometrist's office myself, I know how some places can feel salesy. This office is the opposite. They genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend.

This place completely wasted my time due to their incompetence and I will never be going back to that location.
The staff is professional and the doctor is great but their system is broken.
In order to get a new prescription lens they require me to get a Diabetes exam which cost 240 dollars without insurance, I have insurance through my company and it has worked there in the past, it everywhere I go where I need medical insurance but today they told me my card doesn't exist and that I'd have to pay 240 dollars. They looked at the policy effective date "2023" and said that this card is from 2023... I asked "well I don't need a diabetes exam, I just need a new prescription for my lens" and they said "you are required to get this medical exam". Well that makes no sense to me.

Went in for my annual exam. Had several tests that showed I had no problems with my eyes. My prescription hadn't changed so I didn't need new glasses. I was in and out in under an hour. Good experience.

I highly recommend going to a real eye doctor or even walmart is better. I was charged four hundred dollars extra on top of my insurance.For what I told was the thinnest lens I could get.These are the heaviest glasses I have had.They have caused me to have permanent.Indents in my head due to them, not being able to fix them or adjust them.I'm also losing hair cause chronic migraines and headaches.I couldn't properly see out of my glasses. If they knew that my vision was too bad, they should have passed me on to somebody else instead of collecting my money.And getting my insurance and then sending me to a proper doctor

Thanks Cecily and Jamie manager for their exceptional excellent service to make sure my new prescription bifocal glasses will have no more error on too low focus as last pair from the other location last year and they refused the error to make me wearing it >a year and just would admit on this new pair on previous error pair and over charged me $100 this time than all my previous pairs. I almost walked away from Crown vision permanently, Thank Jamie and Cecily at Ballwin location for your wonderful services and everything u both offered!

The store was very nice and clean and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was there a total of 30 min which was fantastic because I had a very busy day. They were upfront and knowledgeable about my exam and treatment plan. I loved their glasses selection, it was very easy to pick a new frame. Glasses came in a lot sooner than expected and the quantity seems pretty good so far. I have already recommended them to my family and they now have a lifetime customer.
