The customer service people was amazing all of them , including the eye doctor . Me and my father did a walk in last minute and was seen right away . No long wait and the eye exams was quick . Wendy services me and she was also fantastic. Much better than the rude workers on Hallsferry .

I used to go to American best off of Halls ferry Road, multiple times they misdiagnosed my prescription. I switched to the Bridgeton location. That was the best decision I ever made. The ladies are very kind and very. professional, the doctor gave me the right prescriptionI i'm very happy with switching to the Bridgeton location.

Well, you guys are getting a really good collection of number one ratings here, and that doesn't mean FOR being the best either! Here let me add to your collection Of the #1. And let me share with my reason why. The best part of my phone call today was when they came up with their own rules and regulations for the time limit for prescriptions you could tell they were this isn't my first time anywhere for my contacts. I wish I still had the corporate phone number from the first time I had an issue with them. I should've just followed my gut in But I'm a person who gives second answer chances. What a waste of my time and money. When your doctors office staff can't do any, and I mean ANY, type of reminder calls. Maybe you guys are dealing with patients that have memory issues. But no calls about ordering, picking up, appointments. And then I'm talked to like the bad guy. Nothing is right about location except big girls and snacks talking about what the did and are gon do this coming weekend. I went back to my professional eye care office.

By far the worst customer I've had dealing with America's Best. Unpleasant staff and the air was just stuff in there, not warm or welcoming at all. The doctor was a pleasure but everyone else could use some courses on professional courtesy. I'm disappointed I have to return to pick up my items

Order glasses over three weeks ago and when I was called in to pick up, they are not the right glasses I ordered and I paid extra to have them, Staff unhelpful and now I have to wait another three weeks for the Correct pair. I will never return. I wouldn't recommend this location.

No call or email about my glasses. Which I need for work badly. So I called up there and they said my glasses were ready for pickup 4 days ago. To my surprise those were not my glasses. It's been 2 weeks. They told me not to go to clarkson. SHYYYD. I'm On my way! All you gotta do is take a peek in then you'll know if you should go in there or not. Terrible

The service Sucked!! I had to go back several times because my prescription was wrong. The workers were rude & snappy. The buy 2 for $89 special, the frames were NOT ANY GOOD & they break easy. Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ANYONE!!
