There is no experience. I never saw the doctor. So I left the office. Sat in room for an hour after Angela got finshed. Needless to say i will consult another doctor. They didnt even try to stop me.

Dr. Jones has been my optomologist for years. Recently I had Bell's Palsy and my right eye was not able to blink. She saw me right away and was very knowledgeable and our the treatment, explained to me the disease very well. She was very kind and had great bedside manner. Her staffs in the office were great, everyone was very friendly. I referred my friend to Dr. Jones for cataract surgery and she was very pleased with the outcome. I am very grateful to have her as my optomologist.

Dr. Jones May be a good doctor. She's taking care of my 86 year old mother and her vision is going downhill. I don't know if the very best doctor could help mom, she has a lot of problems.
I do know that she is consistently late. Today she had mom sit an hour and wait. There's just no excuse for always doing that. It happens every time.

My husband experienced a painful eye event. When it was still present after 2 wks, we attempted to get an appointment. Dr. Jones' schedule was full until mid-January, but the staff asked her if he should be overbooked. Her message -WITHOUT EXAM OR DIAGNOSIS- was that he "should use artificial tears and hot compresses".
Another doctor scheduled him for the following day!

Before Dr. Jones, even with bifocals, my vision was fuzzy because of cataracts in both eyes. I could not read traffic signs at a distance and I needed strong glasses to read printed words in books and newspapers. Dr. Jones performed laser surgeries seven years ago. Now at 75 years old I have near 20/20 vision without glases or contacts. Dr Jones is very skilled.
