Dr Charles Bruce has been practicing at this office for years and knows his stuff! Consistency is huge for me, and I love the fact that I can bring my children back every year and see the same knowledgeable person.
The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Luckily, they are not paid off commission, because it allows them to be 100% honest with you.

The vision center staff is always very friendly and helpful. I decided to go there after contacting my insurance and discovered that the Walmart near me accepts my vision insurance. There is an eye doctor available during the week and on Saturday which was convenient with my busy schedule. I was able to get the frame and lenses that I wanted. I even had my contact lens order shipped to my house from 1800-Contacts.

Not happy at all they first told me my insurance would cover the exam and the fitting for contacts and that they took my insurance for the contacts themselves. Then after the exam they tell me that I cant get lenses under my insurance and that I woukd have to also pay 45$ fitting fee becuase my insurancd didnt take it. So unprofessional I asked them to make sure it was covered and if not to let me know becuase I know other places will amd they conned me out of my money for the fitting and the contacts. They need more knowledge here.

Ty an employee at the self-service checkout was an angel. She changed my name.. Other than that I have never had anything close to a good experience at this Walmart. I've been driving an extra 15 minutes just to get to a different Walmart. Customer service area is the furthest thing from customer service I've seen. It's worse than the D M V. They never have enough checkout Lanes during peak times.

The doctor should keep his political views to himself! Ridiculous claims of a stolen election and a fake president should never be part of an eye exam. After many years coming to this facility, I won't be back.
