Leet EyeCare - Blattner Drive

Yesterday was my first visit to Leet Eye Care. The staff were friendly and proffessional. I was seen right away and treated like I was a valued customer. Dr. Brost was awesome and explained every test to me. The staff also explained all costs and shared all my options on eyewear. I already have my appointment set for next year. Oh, and the office is extremely clean and beautiful. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for high quality care.

Dr Wood is the best! Communicative, super nice, easy going and thorough. Takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. I credit Dr. Wood for noticing changes that likely saved my eyesight,

I had an amazing experience at Leet EyeCare! My eye exam was very in depth which I appreciated. The worker who helped me pick out my new frames after my exam was amazing as well! I found quite a few pairs that I liked but were out of my budget, but she found some cheaper options that looked similar to the more expensive pairs that I liked! It was overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend going!

I was warmly greeted when I arrived for my appointment and within 10 minutes taken back for my vision exam. Doctor Thoma came in and we exchanged greeting as always and the exam with him went very well. He explained to me any concerns he had and the whole visit was very pleasant.

I called my Dr with Leet Eyecare and they were able to work me in that day. I was concerned with a possible infection. Got a script, care instructions, and possible followup if it continues after meds. Peace of mind is worth calling your Dr for his professional opinion and discussing it

Dr. Ryne Wood and Haley saw me for the first time yesterday. I came in with a vision problem that has not been corrected by eye glass prescriptions over the last several years. I need a certain type of hard contact lens that no other optometrist in the Bootheel of Missouri will prescribe. After many calls, I finally found one that would, Leet Eye Care! The moment Dr Wood came in he was upbeat and gave me the positive response I had been praying for. My situation met all the criteria required by my insurance and I would be covered saving me about $2000 a year. He was compassionate and calmed my concern. I couldn't be happier with my visit and even though it is a farther drive, they are my new vision care providers!

My husband has had issues with optical department in the past regarding fit and orders. He recently visited (after convincing him that Dr Janet is great) after a 2 year hiatus. He was told by a tech that he could not continue with his eye exam without a optomap evaluation. After explaining to the tech that he does not want to have the test since it is an out of pocket service (not covered by insurance) that he would like to opt-out. This tech kept arguing and saying he "had to do the test" and that the provider may choose the "waive the fee", however, this could not be confirmed until AFTER he had the test. So there may be a surprise charge after the appointment. My husband explained that he felt uncomfortable and that he would like to leave after she argued in front of other patients for several minutes. I later called to speak with the clinic manager and all she could say was "sorry." She was unsympathetic. All she could explain is that this was a required exam requested by the optometrist although it was not explained this way to him. My husband would have been more compliant if the tech would have explained better and acted more professional. I disagree with how this was handled and am curious if the business owner is aware how these situations are being handled. Now because of my husbands experience they have lost our entire family as patients due to lack of sympathy and training.

4 eyeglasses all wrong frames and lenses. Terrible manager at Cape store. 3 of the lenses cracked on 3 pair and they blame it on the sunlight. Cheap frames even cheaper lenses. Do yourself a favor and go to some place that cares and can get your order correct. D- or F.
