I had an amazing experience at Vision Works in Cape Girardeau, Mo. I did not have an appointment but when I walked in I was helped right away. From eye exam to picking out 2 frames for glasses I was out of there in 20 minutes. Thank you Makayla, you were great.

I do love The Cape Girardeau Vison Works. They staff is consistently friendly. They have the system down pack, so the appointments are smooth and quick. They have a huge selection of frames in all price ranges! I love that I can book online as well.

I had a great sales assistant that helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. She really knew her product. The only thing I would change is to have same day pickup.

Everything was excellent! I didn't wait long and my exam wasn't long. It was more up-to-date than most optometrists. Everyone was very friendly. Especially Jessica!

Prescription was totally wrong. Went to actual eyes doctor. 1.25 OD off ,WRONG, .50 OS off,WRONG. ( margin of error) Dr Foster didn't care about any of my concerns. The pictures and prescriptions were UNUSEABLE!! Poor man out $48.??.

Just left and still sitting in the parking lot and aside from picking up my new glasses once they come in I will not be coming back. (Also going to start looking onlines and see about just canceling my order entirely) I came in for an eye check and ordered a new set of glasses. Since my last set was from a place in California they didn't have my newest prescription. I asked them to check my current prescription to my new one to see if I actually needed to order a new pair (I do). They realized they smudged the glasses and cleaned them. I saw a smudge and figured they just didn't clean them well and I'd do it when I got home Sad down in front of my computer later in the evening and realized I needed to clean my glassed. What I thought was a smudge was actually DEEP scratches in the center. I called this morning and was met with a "our cleaner couldn't have possibly done that but bring them in and let's see what we can do." response. The lack of possible responsibility was appalling, as if I did this myself. I've had these glasses for 2 years and had zero scratches on them. When I came in the best they could apparently do was offer me $50 off the other pair of glasses I ordered which sucks because there was literally nothing wrong with this set. Additionally I spent an hour of my day dealing with this for $50 dollars and a ruined pair of glasses. Also while in store, the lady smudged my glasses and said she would clean them, when I got them back I now saw marks on my right lens. When I pointed it out she told me "They were already there"....... I said "Weird, maybe there's something on the cloth you guys are using and was told "They're cloth, it couldn't be the problem". The issues here are: 1. Lack of acknowledgement of issue they caused and the inherent blame they put on my by saying multiple times that the cleaner couldn't have possibly done it. 2. Thinking $50 is a solution to destroying a $200 of glasses and wasting 1 hour of my time to come in for $50 off.

I have been going to this place since I was 8 to get glasses always the best experience always the best people and the best service. I recommend this place to anyone I know asking for a place to get glasses!

I just left here and Chelsea was amazing with helping me fix my glasses. The string broke holding my lenses and she said she hasn't done that in a while but she had it done within 10 minutes so I wouldn't have to wait until Monday. THANK YOU CHELSEA.
