Success Vision Express

Poor experience. Unfriendly staff. Seem to be very uneducated as well. Do not honor appointments. Waited over an hour forced to leave and come back another day. They say they couldn't verify my insurance have I'm double covered and still wanted to charge me. I'll find somewhere else to go since my contact prescription was so inconvenience for this place thanks for nothing and wasting my time.

All staff was very friendly, I appreciate the time Elly took to be sure that I was satisfied. Their mission is such an amazing and compassionate journey. Thank you for the quality care and giving back the way you do.

Last October, 2024, Gunnar & Kevin made my week. I had just sold my house, leaving my job , and shipping myself off to Europe. Gunnar & Kevin made it possible for me to celebrate my birthday and new beginnings with some new, rock star glasses. I PROMISED to leave a good review rewarding their awesome customer service. I even came back for Gracyn's assistance in picking out some sunglasses. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Sorry it took an entire calendar year to get here. Y'all were the best.

So far they are all really nice and they explain everything to you and you know that they will do anything to help you out and they will help you get your right fit for your new glasses that will be a great gift for the kids and the rest of your family and your friends that needs glasses or contacts for the future I would recommend them all the time because I love how they take the time to make sure you have everything you need to be ready for the next day or week to get everything ready and everything that you have in your life so I think that you should know what a great place that this is

Tonight my partner and I went to Success Vision Express for a few pairs of glasses. The eye exam went well and the staff were very attentive and helpful. After the exam, we went over to the connecting eye glass store to get the script filled for the glasses. Aaron was the name of our optician and he was absolutely exceptional. He went above and beyond to help out in the lab with getting our glasses completed tonight in a timely manner. We live over an hour away and truly appreciated the amazing customer service he provided. He is a great representative for this store and we highly recommend Success Vision Express because of the high quality customer service he provided. We truly appreciate his help in making this experience quick and pain free.

Absolute worst pair of glasses I've ever received. I couldn't use them they were terrible. I told them to throw them away. $100 wasted.. I bought two pair, one for the computer and one bifocal. The computer glasses seem alright.

Success Vision saved the day! I recently was diagnosed with a corneal abrasion and not able to wear contacts My old glasses were 25+ years old and not acceptable so my wife took me to Success Vision in Cape Girardeau and they saved the day! Store Manager, Chad Bles was a complete professional and from the moment we arrived and first meeting to taking delivery of glasses was 2 hours! Super great experience! 5 Stars for Success Vision!

I set my appointment with Success Vision a week prior to my visit on a recommendation from a coworker. Upon further inquiry a few of my friends advised me to go elsewhere. Honestly they couldn't have been more wrong. The front desk personnel, the optometrist and the young man (Aaron) who helped us with the frames after our exam were all fantastic. Aaron made sure our glasses fit to our liking before we left, and no one made us feel rushed. The level of customer service was beyond what I was expecting. Not to mention your glasses are done in an hour which is awesome . I highly recommend Success Vision to those looking to see in HD.
