Absolutely love Dr. McDougal and all the staff. He is very thorough and patient. He takes time to explain things and is extremely knowledgeable. The staff makes you feel welcome from the time you walk in the door and they're all so helpful. I'm so glad we found them years ago!

Not sure I can adequately express just exactly how much my quality of life has improved since I made my first appointment with Dr. McDougal. It was a process to get my double vision corrected and my new eyes tuned in, but it was well worth the trouble. I see better now than I have in the last twenty years. Dr. McDougal has a mixture of expertise and passion for his work that you rarely see in the field. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have used Regional Eyecare Center for several years now, and I have always been very pleased with each visit. The staff is friendly, professional, and caring. Every part of the exam is explained as it happens, and I never feel pushed into anything I don't need. I recommend this practice to everyone who asks.

Been there yrs loved it at first. Docs are gr8 and Randy's awesome, nurses. Changed lay out and options of frames 3 choices big round or square, cat eye pointed. New lady told me can't get frames only every so many yrs both had vsp through our enployers yrs. Asked if they recently changed? ....once I said vsp looked no idea who she thought I was ,or what insurance I had .....quoted a price was shocked once looked like wow she dropped the price $50.00 instantly without touching a key. Understand we all start somewhere, need to learn and given a chance but make a statement like facts you know when it's so far fetched. Not a fan of the recent change.

The Eye Doctor was extremely nice and polite..Actually talked to me doing the exam!Very Informative.But! (and there is always a BUT) The Guy who has the long curly mustache tried to add on more money for my glasses..He stated $300 or more with my Insurance! After I explained to him in a Calm way My Bill was ,$60.00 I then began to think of the Elderly who can't "Explain" on fixed income..Maybe it's his job to add all he can to increase price.Tint,Bifocals,Scratch Resistant lenses,on and on. Dear Fellar, "We just want to see Clearly.Do you HEAR me Now!?

Over priced and they won't honor the 90 day prescription change policy after surgery. They just want to get you and your insurances money. After getting money for 3 brand new pairs of glasses since July they refused.
