I 100% cannot give the employees at this location any less credit than they deserve. Ciara, Justin, Keisha, and Maddie were so incredibly helpful, pleasant, kind, humorous, and went out of their way to help us! My husband and stepson got eyeglasses, and I got eyeglasses and contacts. All of these processes were seamless even as they happened on different days, and my husband even ended up returning both frames because they weren't comfortable the way he originally thought. Again - a SEAMLESS and easy going process! Both Ciara and Justin (and even with some help from Maddie and Keisha) worked out which plans with insurance and discounts would be best for all of our separate benefits. Ciara helped me figure out what glasses would fit my wants, while also helping me figure out which frames look the best! They truly went out of their way. We will never go anywhere else for our vision needs, specifically because of the amazing customer service from start to finish. Thank you all so much for being so great to us. We will continue to trust this company thanks to you guys and recommend all of our family and friends to this exact location. We appreciate you!! PS: As we walked out of my stepson's appointment today, he even said he's never met nicer people working at any job than he has here. You guys really are the best!

My experience with everyone in the store was pleasant and professional with the exception of the store manager, Allison. Allison has a poor attitude. She acts as if she thinks she is above the customer and is unwilling to explain procedures . I had to take my progressive lenses back because the lenses were not fitted properly. There was a lot of distortions. Allison was the person who did the first fittings for the lenses which were not appropriate for my vision. I returned the glasses. Sierra was very helpful and pleasant. The eyeglasses had to go back to the lab to change the lenses. I returned ti the store to pick up the eyeglasses for the second time Sierra was not in the store. I encountered Allison again. There was a discretion about the refund amount since a feature was removed from the lenses. Sierra had quoted a refund amount 50% more than the amount Allison calculated for the refund. This was the second time I was given two different price quotes. Originally, when I ordered the lenses Allison charged a different amount than had previously been quoted by a different sales person. There is a lack of consistency . The main issue is Allison's attitude. She was unwilling or unable to explain why there was a discrepancy with the refund amount. Allison informed me that it would take 10-12 days for the refund to show on my account. If this is correct, America's Best does not have modern technology. Most business are able to refund instantly . If there is a delay , it is usually not more than 3days. My experience with Allison was very unpleasant. I merely wanted an explanation for the different price quotes. She did not deliver a professional , understanding explanation. She lacks customer services skills and showed disrespect to me as a person and a customer.

My recent experience highlighted a serious need for improvement in this office's customer service. From the moment I walked in, the tone was set by a front desk team that acted irritated and uninterested in helping. Basic courtesy -- a greeting, eye contact, or even a neutral attitude -- was missing. Instead, every interaction felt like I was bothering them just by showing up. The person who handled my glasses fitting wasn't much better. Their impatience and dismissive approach made the process feel rushed and uncomfortable. When customers are already dealing with something as important as their vision, the last thing they need is to feel unwelcome or like they're an inconvenience. If this office wants to deliver a better experience, the staff needs training in professionalism, communication, and customer interaction. It shouldn't be too much to expect employees to speak respectfully, answer questions without attitude, and show a level of care that matches the kind of service people come here for. If certain staff members are this unhappy in their roles, management should take that seriously -- because it's showing, and it's driving the customer experience downhill. There's potential here, but until the attitude at the front of the office changes, the overall experience will continue to suffer. I spend over $500 just for glasses to be treated like this. Not acceptable

The service at the store was fine but the Eyeglass cases that you provide or Trash. When I pay for Eyeglasses I don't expect to get cases this flimsy. I'll probably never use you again!!!!

Very good service. My glasses were ready 3 days before the actual date stated. Very good quality lenses and frames. Great staff.

I had the greatest experience today. Although the glasses I purchased did not work out for me. The manager Traci Lady assisted me with getting a solution that worked out amazing for everyone. Thanks again. I'm soooo happy. Tracey Love

Just popped in here to have my glasses adjusted. The glasses were not even from America's Best, but I was hoping they could still help! They were very kind, immediately helped me out, and didn't charge!

Traci went out of her way to help me with glasses that had been ordered without a key feature. While they were very understaffed due to coworker illness, she kept her cool and was pleasant and gracious. Some of the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time.
