Doctor Ganz did cataract surgery for my husband and me. All went well. We each were told we had 20/20 vision. Hooray. We were told we could purchase our glasses prescriptions if we decided we didn't want to just use "cheaters." I tried to get the prescription now for several days and have been told they have NO prescriptions of us. We will need to see an optometrist..I'M NOT PLEASED and am very disappointed in the follow up care.

Brad, tech who took care of my initial testing was very patient and thorough. Natalie, tech who also completed much of the testing, also was great, answering all questions. Very thorough! Dr. Lawrence Gans was very kind, thorough, didn't seem rushed on a very busy day. Spent a lot of time with me and answered my questions. I didn't feel pushed into a cataract surgery decision, the main reason I was there. Also appreciate the kindness of Sarah, surgical scheduler, who I met the day of my appointment and called back today for followup and other questions. Thanks to all!

I have been going to SureVision seeing Dr. Lawrence Gans for years as well as my family members. We absolutely love him and all the staff! I had to have cataract surgery they answered all my crazy questions so that I could understand them. Natalie took her time with me, I was unable to open I eye, she slowly and gently got my eye open again, explained in detail all the drops that has to be used, answered all questions and just has a sweet and calm demeanor. Dr. Bourn explained why things were the way they were, she as well was just very sweet and has a soft demeanor. You can tell how educated everyone you speak with and come in contact with truly are.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Gans and his staff. Michelle Flore did an exceptional job refracting my eyes. She was very knowledgeable, professional and nice. Jessica Weis did a very good post op exam and answered a lot of my post-op questions. i don't remember the first assistant that took me back and did some measurements and checked my eye pressures but she was also very good to me. I had an amazing experience with the surgical staff. Everyone was so nice and explained everything. Anesthesia did a great job at making sure I was relaxed and comfortable. Dr Gans is inarguably the best eye surgeon in St. Lous and there is a reason. He is a phenomenal surgeon and he surrounds himself with the best people!
