I had a wonderful experience today at Clarkson Eyecare. Jordyn assisted me today. Jordyn and the staff were extremely helpful. She was very knowledgeable and professional. The doctor was also knowledgeable and professional. Jordyn helped me pick out the perfect glasses that fit my face. She was very passionate about what she was doing, Jordyn answered every question I had with confidence. Jordyns customer service was exceptional!!! If you are looking for new eyewear go to Clarkson Eyecare!!! The staff were very kind as well. I will most definitely be back.

If you enjoy a lack of professionalism and workers that act like high schoolers, this is the place for you. Go see Jordyn so she can pick out everything about your glasses without consulting you, and then tell you that she "threw on some glare resistant coating on there for you!" Without telling you that is costs $140. And sign you up for a warranty without asking or telling you anything about it. Then she will treat you like crap for telling her she in fact did not share all the information with you. And then when you go to pick up one pair of glasses, Jordyn was so unprofessional that she left her customer at her desk so she could go to the back room to talk about me to the other girl that went to get me glasses. Leaving myself and the other customer waiting for a few minutes so they could talk privately in the back room. And also somehow 4 people couldn't say my name correctly? I get one person getting it wrong, but 4 people in a row? Seems childish to me. Save yourself the trouble. You can be treated with respect elsewhere.

The doctor was ok. Had an unpleasant encounter with another patient and the staff did nothing to resolve the issue although it involved her behavior and I just happen to be standing there. All, requested my prescription to be sent to me email and a hard copy I've not received the email, not I have to wait another day (as DunnRd is closed on Tuesdays) to get my prescription sent email to order my contacts which are mucher cheaper online than the cost through Clarkson (same brand and with insurance:(
