Crown Vision Center - Florissant

I usually go elsewhere, out of north county, to find good service, but these ladies are wonderful, they are kind, professional and fast. My three daughters wear glasses so we go often and never had any issues, minimal wait to be seeing and glasses arrive faster than estimated time. Happy to make business with them. Keep up the good work.

Well I purchase glasses from this location. The progression part of the glasses I'm unable to read, went twice to have them to correct it. So the second time They saying they will get in contact withe me when they come in. So far its been a week and left messages to have them call me for the status. So I'm give them another week before I change my rate and more. Talk soon. 9/22/2025 responding to the owner messages/response here on Google review. Hi honey I have call you guys twice and have not received a call back yet its been 2 days now. 11/02/25 I want to thank Crown Vision for the efforts of attempting to fix my Vision problem. I finally was able to reach them. They gave me a updated eye exam, the previous prescription was from another location, free of charge. I really appreciate that but unfortunately I'm still having problems with the reading part of the lens being unclear and I think after 2 times trying to get the correct vision taken care of I'm call it quit. Thank you Crown and Vision for your attempt to correct the lens but I'm stay where I was.

Dear Management, I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration regarding the service I have received over the past several months related to my contact lens fitting. I initially began this process in November of last year, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I still do not have a correct contact lens prescription or usable lenses. Here is a brief summary of my experience: I came in for a contact lens exam and was given trial lenses that did not work for my vision. I left a voicemail requesting a follow-up -- no one returned my call. I called again multiple times over the course of two weeks, still with no response. Eventually, I had to come to the office in person to get a response. I was initially told I would need to pay again for another fitting, even though the first fitting was never successfully completed. After some back-and-forth, this was corrected and I was seen by the doctor again. I was given another set of trial lenses, which also did not work. I again called several times a week for almost a month with no response. When I finally received a call back, I was told I would need to pay again for a new fitting because it was close to time for a new exam -- even though the delays were due entirely to the clinic's lack of follow-up. At this point, I have paid for a service and received no usable results, despite my best efforts to follow through on every step. I have been a patient at your clinic for years and am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I hope you understand my frustration and take this complaint seriously. I would appreciate a prompt response .

The representatives are helpful and knowledgeable about the products and prices. Very friendly and attentive. The doc is on time and actually listens. I like this Clarkson location. Hart

I made an appointment at this location. Arrived at exactly 5:15 my scheduled time and I was told that I needed to reschedule because I don't get a grace period. I was not late! None of the correspondents prior to my appointment stated that I needed to arrive early for an appointment. I would have done that. I was informed that the doctor was not there! The attitude of the person at the front desk was very nonchalant, horrible customer service. This is why do not go to establishments in North County. No, ma'am, I will not be rescheduling my appointment with this location. I will make my appointment at my regular store in Creve Coeur! To the doctor who left when he had a five fifteen appointment prior to that unacceptable behavior on your part! The person at the front desk left at 5:20 as I am writing this review. Wow, i just checked their reviews.Several one star reviews.Shame on me for not checking that prior to making this appointment.

I can't see good out of the glasses they gave me. The Dr. spent approx. 10 min. w me. I went back 3 times and they told me the glasses are fine but they are not. I am wearing my old glasses because I can see better out of them. Very disappointed. I got your response below. Soo what are you going to do about it?

I got my appointment scheduled which had to be rescheduled due to the doctor being out. I've tried contacting this facility for 24 hours straight and no one ever returned my call. I would not recommend this Crown Vision at all, not even to a dog! Thank you

Our first time here was a 10/10 experience. We were greeted upon entry and the facility was clean & organized. The wait time was only a few minutes after signing in & the staff was very polite. Extremely kid friendly. Dr Osborne was very professional and easy going. Answered all of our questions we had about everything too. Only waited a week for the glasses to come in and it was the best eye Dr experience.
