Every member of the staff that helped me was very warm and caring. I received the best care. Even though I have no insurance, they took the best care of me. You do not always find this quality of people in all medical offices. Of course, you could not have a staff like this without an exceptional doctor. The doctor knew my insurance and financial position and immediately worked around it to take care of me. I am so thankful that I was led to this office and these people.

It was a very pleasant experience at my 2nd post-op visit. Everyone I interacted with appeared to be in a happy mood - the doctor, assistants, office staff - even the other patients! I asked a ton of questions, and they were all so willing to address my concerns. I left with a full understanding of my situation and what I could expect down the road. It doesn't get much better than that.

Front desk very nice and polite. Tech in room patient and polite. Doctor is very personable. Dr. Scanlon is great. He asked questions and listens to any concerns. He takes his time to examine you. He seems very knowledgeable and informed. Would highly recommend.

From the moment I walked into the office I was immediately greeted professionally and all through out my visit everyone seemed to greet me with respect and a smile, they seemed to enjoy their job, giving every patient the same respect, the atmosphere was very warmly, like myself I didn't exactly now what to expect but the staff explained every step and procedure to me, I was a little afraid of the findings but it was basically the same report I'd gotten for a previous doctor, so I was given the chance to ask questions if I didn't quite understand, and that made me very comfortable with their findings... so I would highly recommend anyone to visit here. I'm especially impressed with today's appointment. Due to illness, they were short-staffed. The young woman handling arrivals was so polite, apologetic for the wait, and pleasant, that the patients in the waiting room were calm and accommodating. I was having low blood-pressure issues. The staff were conscientious about helping me, not in "medical" ways, just kind common sense, offering me a steadying hand and letting me take my time.

I have been seeing Dr Dudney since 2017 when he treated me with eye surgery for multiple retina detachments over a years span. These surgery's were very delicate and highly skillful and had a successfully outcome considering what happened. I still have sight in that eye even after 4 detachments, one with the macular off and scar tissue forming. Dr Dudney always has a soft caring voice and attitude. I believe he is one of the best retina surgeons around that you can trust your eyesight with, I highly recommend him!

I take my Mom for her appt every 7 - 8 weeks. She is always treated very well and given the best of care. Dr. Scanlon has awesome chair side manners and we love and appreciate him and his great staff for always being so attentive to her.

Nurses and Doctors are excellent at Retina Associates. Knowledgeable about their craft. They take the time to talk with about your situation without rushing to the next patient. You will receive a thorough and informed examination. I would recommend this practice.
