I have been seeing Dr Nutt for several years now. I appreciate her professionalism and wide range of knowledge. I am currently dealing with a condition within my eyes and she has been taking great care of me in this situation. I highly recommend her!

I have been coming to this doctor's office since I was a kid, I am 24 now, and I always feel like a bother when I visit or call which is why I hardly ever bother with interacting with this office. I usually try not to take it personally by chalking it up to it just being a job and of course no one is really thrilled to be at work but I don't think today's interaction could be excused by this. I just called to ask about my contact prescription, explained why I need it, and the woman who answered to "help" me was condescendingly rude the whole time as if I had just berated her. I'm not sure what was heard between the lines of "I need a copy of my prescription" and "The place I'm ordering from didn't ask for that information?" but surely it wasn't a signal to be rude. If you know information that someone clearly is not familiar with, maybe share it with them kindly. Especially when you are working for someone else and a bit of their reputation. It's no wonder I haven't visited in 3 years when met with customer service like that.

I've seen Dr. Nutt for several years and have been very happy with her and the staff in the practice. They are all very professional, personable and helpful.
