Took care of my needs. Even with a recheck. Friendly. Showed concern about the problem and suggested a couple of things to do. Like eye drops and seeing my regular doctor for a recheck there as well.
Update: I changed my score. I had to go back several times because of dry eye and my eye site wasn't right. They wound up doing surgery of lens implant several times. Finally told me that I had to wait for them to stop being dry. I had paid for full vision but neither eye is. And on my right eye they were supposed to put full vision, but said that the lenses stuck together so they put a different lens in. My eyes still have not focused and glasses do not help because my eyes see different every day. So disappointed. So upset. After surgery I had dry eye, and if it was an issue, why did they continue with surgeries to correct my vision? I know I am not wording this very well. But I was assured that all was well. It wasn't and even now it isn't.

Was so happy to get a same day appointment then let down after waiting over an hour in the exam room with no doctor, and no one checking in to say he was running behind. Had to leave without being seen.
