First time, I felt like I was given a good thorough eye exam. I did not appreciate not being seen by the actual doctor until 1 hour after my scheduled appointment. Aby was very pleasant and nice. I wish when running behind, staff would keep you informed of their situation. All medical offices need to consider this. I was there timely.

I've been a patient of Dr. Bray's for many years. I took my children to her and they still go to her as adults. She is very knowledgeable, patient and willing to answer all questions. Her staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Very friendly atmosphere. This was my 2nd appointment, I only go once a year per my insurance, and the lady who helps pick my glasses remembered me and was very helpful. Front desk greeted me as soon as I walked thru the door. Minimal wait time to be seen. The OA & the doctor are amazing, patient & empathetic!

I have been going to Independence Family Eye Care for many years. Their service from the Doctor to the check in desk is awesome!! I stopped by yesterday to have a lens popped back into my glasses. I was prepared to leave them as I didn't have an appointment. Not only did she fix them but noticed the other lens was scratched and still under warranty. New lens on the way!! Best place to receive eye care.

People were amazing, they had all my insurance figured out by the time I got there. The assistant was outstanding (I believe her last name was Nguyen?) The doctor was.so friendly and explained everything so well, and the lady that helped me pick out frames and lenses listened to my wants and needs. Very happy I chose them and will definitely be back for my annual checkup.

About Independence Family Eye Care

We are an independent Optometry Practice located in the Hub Shopping Center at 23rd Street and 291 in Independence, MO. We are a full service office that provides routine eye exams as well as medical eye exams to monitor diabetes and cataracts, and to treat eye infections and other eye emergencies. Dr. Bray and Dr. Crowley see adult and pediatric patients and are providers with most medical insurances and several vision plans including VSP and Eyemed. Our optical department has a large selection of frames for all ages. Contact lens services are available for soft, gas-permeable and other specialty contact lenses. Dry Eye treatments are available with the Optilight IPL. We are currently accepting new patients.
