I think the Dr and staff of women are wonderful. They are very friendly and know their stuff. I have always appreciated this office in the past and was happy to go back this year. The eye dr. was fabulous and I appreciate the time she took to throughly help me figure out the best prescription for my eyes. These ladies get 5 stars across the board. Even the scheduler Glenda was very friendly and helpful. My experience with the other two staffers was a little different. Isaiah took me back for tests. He presented as a super nice caring person, even complimented my shoes. For the first test, I watched him clean the machine with an alcohol pad before I sat down. The machine came in close and touched my eye lashes, I wasn't expecting this and I instinctively moved back and uttered, it touched my eyelashes. He rudely said it's supposed to do that. I then asked if it was clean because if it's touching my eyelashes it may have touched someone else's. He became angry, raised his voice and snapped,"I just cleaned it before you came back here." He then rattled off the cleaning supplies he used. I just watched him clean the rest of the machine, how would I have known he cleaned the lens of the machine? The next step was to do a retinal scan, as I was sitting down I asked if this test is covered by insurance because in my experience, not all tests are. His entire body shifted with tension, he stopped and looked at me. He angrily said, "How am I supposed to know what's covered by your insurance?" He then rattled off the price of the test. I felt extremely unsafe near him. He made me feel as if I wasn't able to ask any questions or he would become enraged. I would have asked to check if my insurance covered it (I was charged, it wasn't) but he made me feel as if I needed to stay quiet for him to continue to be pleasant to me. He kept switching from anger to a super sweet syrupy customer service voice. The other person that made me uncomfortable was Eric. He has worked there for a few years and I originally met him in this office. We matched on a dating site back in 2023 and he expressed to me, he had found me attractive when I was in for my eye exams before. Things didn't work out with him, I only wanted to be friends, he was upset back then about it and apparently he still holds a grudge. He made a point to remind me that he remembered me by asking me a question about something I shared with him back then. It also made me extremely uncomfortable that he was looking through my records, commenting that my prescription hasn't changed much since 2021.

Always 5 stars right when you walk in the door the office help friendly and helpful, the ladies testing your eyes before you see Dr Pat great ..even warn you before you get that puff of air! Dr Patrick is the best !! Personable and professional. The eyeglass's help especially Mr. Crandall, they are top notch never had any problem with fit or selection.

Our family has been going here for years and always received great service and attentive care, but I wanted to specifically say that Tina went above-and-beyond in her service to us. I had broken my frames and she made sure I wouldn't have to go through a holiday weekend without glasses - she came up with a creative solution that was simply amazing. Thank you Tina!

Dr. Patrick gives a very thorough exam. The staff are very professional and friendly. I was very impressed with the optician. She made a few adjustments until they fit perfect. If you need eyecare, I recommend this practice.

The visit was thorough, but quick. No waiting. The technicians and office staff were friendly. Dr Patrick Whitworth was competent, kind and friendly. It was our first visit there. We were very impressed and happy to find them.

Every aspect of this office is great. The staff checks your insurance and calls you beforehand. They are friendly with check in and reminder calls. They check your glasses, tighten them, clean them and have a great selection of frames. The doctors are wonderful.

The staff are always so nice! Dr Pat is wonderful! The office is always clean and very welcoming!
