SVS Vision Optical Centers

recently purchased prescription glasses from the SVS Vision. Within the 45-day satisfaction period, I returned because the lenses were producing significant internal reflections and "ghost" images around lights that were not present in my previous glasses made with the same material. During my visit, staff acknowledged that the lenses likely required additional buffing and indicated the issue was related to lab finishing, not misuse on my part. Despite this, I was told I would need to pay additional fees to correct the problem. I only had them one day. When I requested a refund under the advertised 45-day satisfaction guarantee, the office manager refused to issue a cash refund. I was disappointed that an acknowledged finishing issue was not resolved professionally and that a straightforward customer service matter escalated unnecessarily. I hope corporate reviews how this situation was handled and improves the resolution process for customers. Office manager justice really needs a new job where they deal with no customers, as there manner is beyond crazy

You were absolutely soooo professional, so sweet, educated, well spoken, was willing to stay on the w me until all of my concerns were addressed!! she mad the whole experience so enjoyable & just great vibes while being on task & keeping it light hearted! So many things I could say but I don't want to make your other coworkers jealous! Keep up the amazing work doll!

Sheila was amazing. She helped fix my current glasses and go over the best glasses for my new pair and helped me get a pair for work. The entire store was warm and welcoming. We used to go to the Liberty location and after many horrible interactions in a row, Shelia and the team at the Independence location have saved my family coming to SVS. We will gladly make the 30 minute drive to see Sheila.

Sheila was amazing, helped me get in and out quickly with a new pair of glasses. Completely revived my faith in SVS!!! I 100% recommend this store and going to Sheila!!! Ava was also amazing and extra helpful!!

The person who assisted me (Sheila) was very helpful, professional and patient with helping me, and it made for a great experience and I'm looking forward to our next meeting

Staff is nice but not impressed with quality of lens cheap! I take very good care of my glasses and I would say less than one year lens are scratched in spite of using lens cloth and lens cleaner. I will not have next script filled here.

Love the customer service that they give, also I can see out of my glasses, now that's a great thing, I need to see and to see clear. I thank everyone for the kindness work. Justice; Ava & all the other employees

I had an excellent experience here. I found frames that matched the style I wanted (actually 2-3 frames that could have substituted). Everyone was very friendly. I also had a good experience getting my eye exam from Dr. Cabrera, who is very professional and also informative. Notes: you will need to make an appointment. The glasses came back in about 10 days (takes up to 2 weeks). However, I have noticed inflation in eyeglass prices and was fortunate to have vision insurance which helped bring down the bill.
