Dr Dehning has treated my father for macular degeneration for many, many years...yes, he got injections in both eyes for over 5 years. Now, the disease is under good control and he does not have to have the injections anymore. He does, however, have to have to be tested every 3 months (it's always different length of time, based on the test results). We (I) feel very blessed that he was referred to Dr Dehning, I believe God provided Dr Dehning to my father to save his eyesight.

Dr Denning is always so informative, he takes the time to explain things when you're a bit nervous about having a procedure done.

Went to appt Dec 2015 ( yearly eye exam) Saw dr , received prescription Went over optical dept in same office Gave my script, bought 2 pair glasses Spending over $1000 Never had 100% clarity vision Because script changed a little thought adjustment would come NOT ( never could wear) NOW DEC 2016 Went back to Discover O in Lees Summit Took glasses from 2015 ( present script from 12/2015 They were wrong for me I was told AXIS WERE OFF that is why I couldn't wear them Wasted $1000 . LS office checked eyes, correct script & I will not return to Independence MO office for glasses Because after 90 days, my glasses ( from Indp) could not be corrected or exchanged. Loss of $1000 & wrong script for my eyes Lesson learned ( don't wait/ return) I love my correct script & fitted glasses from LS office (Dec 2016) This is my experience at Indep. Store
