Eye Care Optical

Been going here for years now, seems to go downhill even more everytime. The girls that work here are rude then I get rude back, if they're talking to each other which they always are, they ignore you until they're done. I don't think any of them smile at customers anyways. They must be losing customers cuz no one was in there when I was.

The optometrist in front of my daughters told me that "They are girls, all they do is complain." after asking me what issues she was having with her vision. Then he told me that my husband "will probably die by 35 just so he can get a break" from our four girls. He then proceeded to not complete the eye exam for my 6 year old but prescribed her glasses anyway. If I could give negative stars I would.

The staff here is amazing and makes you feel right at home!! I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Some of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. God forbid you have any questions and don't feel comfortable with certain exams. The SECOND you have questions they start getting an attitude and then get surprised when you get one back. Then want to blame you when they refuse to answer your questions. Seriously, I WOULD NOT go here if I were you, especially if you like not being assaulted.

I've been going to this place every two to four years in the beginning it was male doctors and they did well but then it was replaced with a blonde haired female doctor and the first time she tested me, my glasses were wrong I thought it's her first time so I forgave her.. 4 years pass I go in same blonde doctor but she hasn't improved at all she did even worse with these glasses so unfortunately I have to search for a new place.

We love Eye Care Optical, my daughter gets her eye exams and glasses from here. They are always very courteous, professional and on top of things. We had an issue with a broken pair of glasses and I was literally on the phone 3 minutes and she had everything put in and had them reordered. You get your glasses in a timely manner also. So glad we found this place, everyone that works there is just great! We appreciate everything they do! Thank you Eye Care Optical!

My wife and I have been going to this one for over 8 years and have had great care over the years. Everyone there is professional and the amount of time spent there is well taken care of so that you don't have to spend hours trying to get what you want. The eye doctor is caring and does a complete examination and the products that they have give you a good selection to pick from. One thing that I like about them is that they "KNOW" us and remember the last time we were there. We recommend others to them all the time and that will continue to go on as long as they keep up the great care that they give!
