My first visit at Diamond Eyecare, I was inconvenienced & I left a meaty review. After reading my review, Dr. Allen called me personally to apologize and get me scheduled back in. He was very polite and apologetic and it was greatly appreciated. I did schedule another appt for my eye exam and it was perfect. I was seen by Dr. Stacy and she was just as polite and very knowledgeable. At the end of the appt I didn't have any questions because she answered everything without me having to ask! Thank you to the Becvar family for their professionalism and kindness. And btw I'm in love with my glasses. See you next year!

They are always so nice and helpful when I go in for my appointments but they went above and beyond when my husband needed in they worked him in got everything checked out and got us taken care of asap!

Outstanding customer service. Chrystal went out of her way to assist me with appointments and insurance benefits at the end of the year when their schedule is full. I have been a patient at this practice for many years and always have a pleasant experience, would highly recommend either the Columbia or Jefferson City locations if you are looking for a new eye doctor.
