America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Been coming here for years and only recently within the last year or two did I set up an appointment around 6pm, showed up early and they asked if I could request less services because they wanted to clock out at a reasonable time. Mind you my job schedule had me clocking out at 7pm during that time and so I had to use my own personal time off work to schedule this. As soon as I heard that, I left and told them not to worry. They can clock out at a reasonable time that day and I never went back and won't be going back unfortunately. I need my eyes checked again so I hope this next time will be better but I have very little hope and if it happens again then I won't be returning.

I had a great experience going here. My wait time to see the optometrist was very short which shocked me because past experiences at other offices was not that way. I saw Dr. Set Methvin, who give a fantastic customer experience. He definitely knows what he is doing because I have been having some dry eye issues post lasik surgery and he knew exactly what to do. He had better advice than my original optometrist and those at the lasik center. I did have to get glasses for computer work and night time driving, which Dr Methvin said wasn't uncommon post lasik surgery after a couple of years. Finding frames was simple and I ended up working with the manager to check out . He made sure that if I had any questions or needs he was able to help with that. They estimated it would take 2 weeks for the glasses to come in and it only took 1.

Came in for my first eye exam and glasses in nearly 12 yrs. Everyone there made the experience super easy and Nessa especially made me feel comfy with everything. They helped me find new frames that fit who I am more than my old lenses and I'm grateful for their patience :3 Do plan on returning for future eye exams

I've been to America's Best my whole life and only switched to this one from the Liberty location because I moved. The last two times I've been here, they've given me a prescription that made me nauseous, seemingly rushing through my appointments. I've never had any problems with my prescriptions until now. I've also waited extensively (I got here for a follow up appointment to fix my prescription at 11:15 and it's now 12:55 and I'm still waiting) at this location multiple times, with no offer of compensation to help with the hundreds of dollars I've spent on glasses that were the wrong prescription. I'm only giving two stars because the receptionists/assistants were very apologetic, specifically Brandon, he was amazing and doing everything he could.

Worst customer service experience at reception. The receptionist called me to cancel my appointment because they are short staffed. I'm disabled and I already took the time to get ready for the appointment and that's not an easy task for me! Taking a shower drains my energy for the day! I'm very sick at the moment and was turned away the moment I got there a few minutes late. Don't expect professionalism or curiosity or empathy or to be accommodated at this location. One employee was telling another patient how tired he was! These people are not happy at this location the mood was set around the office. I left a one star because zero stars isn't a an option.

I had the absolute BEST experience at America's Best today! Dae was so nice and helpful when it came to picking the perfect style of glasses! Brandon is such a special sweetheart he made my experience one I will never forget. He was very informational and patient when it came to showing me my different package options. Thank you for everything!

Amazing! I had an emergency situation where my glasses got bent up, and they fixed them for free! Brandon and Nesse had fantastic customer service! I will be getting new glasses and contacts from here from now on!

The gentleman that did my actual eye test and the Dr. Benjamin were great!! The other front desk staff were kind, friendly and helpful. I gave it 4 stars because they could use a housekeeper during business hours. Floors were dirty
