Good morning i had a great experience with EVERYTHING! i went to pcik up my glasses last week thursday late afternoon . the lady who attended me was very nice and helpful . she kept trying to fix my glasses because they we uneven and the guy there kept insisting her to not pay attention to that and was geting upset that she even told me they were uneven. HE TOLD HER HE WASENT WORRIED ABOUT THAT ; in other words that he dident care how satifiest customers leave there . Maybe he should keep in mind that him doing that dident make him look any good . he kept brushing off the issue with my glasses alignment rushing her to have me out whole time the nice polite lady was trying to help me out .

I have been getting my daughter's prescriptions here for the last couple of years, and they never disappoint me! I went last Saturday for my daughter's yearly checkup. From the moment we walked in the door to the exam that Carol did before my daughter saw the doctor, she was so informative and sweet with my daughter. Dr. Laferla is a fantastic doctor; he always does the best exams for my daughter and is caring and understanding, answering all my questions. Then Crystal helped us choose the right glasses and added the additional things I wanted for my daughter's glasses. She also fixed my daughter's current glasses, which were missing a piece by the nose holders. I recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for the fantastic service!

Very impressed with this location. From the front desk to the OD Tech Ms. Carol, and Brooke, Jeanne were fabulous. Very calm and welcoming. Barry Road was so chaotic when I visited last year. I was concerned about my anxiety with this appointment based on my last experience. And this was not even close to what I imagined. Very calm, clean and staff was so educated and lovely to work with. Dr.Bass was amazing. First doctor to tell me that mascara could be causing my irritation. Just all over impressed and will only come here moving forward.

Doctor was great. But the older blond woman at the front desk was rude to me last week and my wife this week. You're the first person somebody talks to when they walk in, you should be a little nicer. If you don't like your job, you have free will to find another one.

I received excellent services from the entire staff. I was met at the door with a smile and willingness to assist me with my insurance questions. Then Crystal, the manager, helped me find just the right pair of glasses. She was informative regarding the selection process and my options. Crystal was very patient and personable. She made shopping for glasses fun and stress-free.
When I returned to pick up my glasses, the atmosphere in the shop was again welcoming. They were great !
