I felt rushed trying to look for eyeglasses. A bit uncomfortable. And also the fact that I was reminded that I had a very strong prescription which I know but it didn't have to be rubbed in my face like that.

Place has changed so much and they are always friendly! They offer several different treatments to just make your life of using glasses easier. They speak English and Spanish! How unique is it to help several individuals, so many options and easy to get an appointment within a week!

I recently got new glasses here and the women that are not friendly. The woman that fitted me was rude and try to embarrass me , about my perscription being too strong for particular frames. So I had settle for a frame exactly the as my old frame. And when I went To pick up these glasses I tried them and they didn't sit on my face well. The lady that waited on said that's the way they're be. She was just being lazy and didn't want to adjust them. I had do it myself which was easy enough. These women that work there should not be there. They don't appreciate thier job. I'm done here. Never again.

Which I could rate this place 0 Stars. I would never recommend anyone to come here. Unfortunately I took my grandma here back in July of 2021. Now she has severe cataracts in both her eyes, which is not something that develops over night. Yet nobody ever informed her about her condition which only caused it to get worse and worse since we were not told what was going on or even given a referral to a specialist. Definitely don't recommend this place.

Very nice workers, professional they let you know when your glasses are ready,they make sure your glasses are comfortably fits before you leave.

Bad customer service called to make an appointment the lady said if I don't have insurance she can't book me an appointment what if I was paying cash? This is crazy.
