I had an appointment and was in and out in less than an hour, including an eye exam. The staff was very friendly. They helped me pick out the correct glasses and sunglasses, and took my insurance into consideration. I left, and 20 minutes later received a text that my glasses were ready for pickup! No more waiting 2 or 3 weeks. 10/10 would recommend, but make an appointment.

Nice enough staff I suppose, but very unorganized. My glasses are to be shipped to me. They arrived at the store Wednesday. I called Wednesday when I got a text saying they were ready to be picked up (because I'm not pickingup). I was told that they would go out the next day (Thursday). It's now Saturday and the tracking indicated still awaiting the package, so I called a second time. My glasses are in a drawer in the store still. I have already waited 8 days. The staff didn't seem to care that much. My first experience there a few years ago also wasn't great as I never got a call when my glasses were ready. Won't be back.
Edit- To top all of that off I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. One sunglasses and one progressive. They put the wrong lens in the pairs. So now I have to go back and wait longer for them to correct their error.

If you see 7 people waiting who could of easily walked out that says something about Lens Crafters and Americas Best it says to me don't waste your time with them cause that's what I did for a lot more money and a lot less satisfaction.

Dr. Tuan Bui & Dr. Audrey Lu are amazing! I have had two eye emergencies in the past few years and they provided the very best care for me. They are honest, genuine and patient. Their staff is also very welcoming and makes sure you are well taken care of in a timely manner. I highly recommend them!
