Receptionist was very kind and helpful. Dr Jing Ye was thorough and explained everything clearly and concisely. I feel like she really cares about her patients even if it's just for a once a year check up.

She's the best! All three times I've received a very thorough exam, and she spotted that I had torn the retina in each eye, which takes some looking because they are on the very outer edge. She's very good at explaining the pictures and showing me that so far, macular degeneration isn't showing up (I'm at risk). Just really respect and trust her work and opinions.

Dr. Jing Ye is an incredible eye doctor. She seems much more thorough, knowledgeable and courteous than any other eye care professional that I've consulted in my 28 years of needing corrective lenses. Even though she charges less than most eye care places, she will take the time to advise you on maintaining your eye health. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Came in to have an eye exam for my son. The lady at the front desk was very polite and the eye doctor was very pleasant. His exam was very thorough and very professional. They explained everything that they were doing. I like to way Ye took the time out to talk to my 7 year old son about eyes pointing it out on a model. We will definitely be regular customers.

I scheduled an appointment for my husband who was experiencing some eye discomfort. The check in process was quick and easy. Appointments were running a little late not a big deal. During the exam, my husband was having difficulty adjusting to the phoropter. He has natural long eyelashes, it was brought to her attention but the exam continued. At conclusion, the sample sphere was completely off. She rushed through trying to find the correct prescription for him without the phoropter. She was asking us to leave when I stopped her to tell her the reason for our visit. She then rushed back in to perform a very quick visional exam and then rush us out again. We had questions and don't feel confident that the results of vision exam we accurate. We were very disappointed with the lack of service. We are now rescheduled at a different optometrist to ensure that he receives the proper attention. It wasn't a good experience for us, it was an unnecessary expense, and a lost time. I expect better from a Costco associated company.

Dr. Jing is great. I've been going to her for over 5 years. She is patient, and talks you through what she is doing, and listens.
