The front desk staff at this location are rude, unprofessional, and couldn't assist a guest although there were three women working and I was ten minutes early, not late. They also messaged the wrong date prior to my arrival. However, the store has inundated me with emails regarding me as a valued customer and book with them. They did not speak with myself prior to the the day of the exam, yet proceeded to tell me that I would owe $150 or $50 for rescheduling, all within a couple minutes of them ignoring my presence when I walked in. One mentioned that she works seven days a week. I did not need to know this info. I will NEVER return to this LensCrafters. Each experience has been progressively worse. I feel they are on the verge of going out of business because their tactics seem desperate and deceptive. The Oakley frames I viewed in the trays were the same ones from at least six years ago. Terrible customer service & poor maintenance of insurance records & files. This was not the first encounter.

We have been searching for a place to get my 13 year old son's glasses. We already had a prescription but needed a place that would give a reasonable price. I called and Ben answered. He verified the insurance and they accept the credit we had. We showed up and Ben helped us find the frames my son wanted and got us in and out in less than 20 minutes for a price we could afford. We are very grateful to have had his assistance and will definitely be back. I also wear glasses and will need them for the rest of my life.

Doc was great, staff is very helpful but lenscrafters is the problem, waited 10 days on my glasses to come in, only to call and find out their is no estimated time in when my glasses would arrive because they are backed up. Posting this comment because I don't want other people to spend hard earned money only to not know when they're going to be able to finally have better vision. Im sure they will get caught up at some point and everything will be fine, but if your reading this close to it's posted date, I would go somewhere else, unfortunately.

My lens fell out and the wire frame became detached. My eye Dr is closed in Sundays so went here to Zona Rosa. They said they could fix them. We were in the store for about 15 minutes just looking around while they repaired my glasses. the staff answered all questions we had. They were all great. When my glasses were done not only had they fixed the frame but they replaced both nose pieces. The best part was there was no charge. What a service. Thank you LensCrafters...

I recommend LensCrafters if your into Designer frames or Economy glasses. There insurance policy covers you for a full year with little to no hassle. The staff is knowledgeable and you will get and gain experience from the Eye exam thru the whole process of getting your glasses sent to you. There may be a short wait. But never a long ordeal. Don't waste time walk in a give a Review like Lens Crafters say. " You'll like what you see and see what you like".
