Horrible literally, the only person there and they just left me sitting in the car exam room for 20 minutes !!! U r fired!!

I've been going to this office for several years. The staff is always professional and kind. They also have a huge selection of frames.

Staff and future patients, please pay no attention to those who've left negative reviews. I've found to be true that most of the time negative reviews come from negative people. I've been to several Optometrists in the KC metro area and have never had as good of an experience and thorough examinations as I have here. They are also very kind, friendly, and helpful. They have the cleanest and most sanitary medical office I've seen in Kansas City. They actually care about you as a patient and treat you like a person rather than just a number. They genuinely care about their work and the people they're helping. Thank you, Dr. Novack and team!

If you have Healthy Blue, this is the best place with the most selection of beautiful frames. No other place has come close to matching the wide inventory available here. Other places usually have very few frames covered by Medicaid or plain basic frames, but they have so much selection and styles here

Amazing, stylish glasses, but most importantly the people who work here are the kindest and hardest working people I know!

Would not recommend this place if you wear contact lenses. Lady gave me a stronger left eye contact when I know my right eye is worse and second pair was blurry and not right at all. When I asked for the prescription, aka the numbers from exam they refused to give it to me. Thankfully my insurance understood and granted me a exam somewhere else.

Customer service is bad. I called the facilty and the rep just answered "hello?". I stated "is this Novack Vision?" She simply answered "yes"... that is not professional to answer a business phone with "hello", I thought I called someone's personal phone. In addition to this, I went to the facility in February to get new glasses as I already had my prescription from a previous doctor. The rep that assisted me was pleasant enough but was cold. I got my glasses from Novack on 2/27 and three months later the lenses started to peel (I requested to have the best lenses and requested to have them shaved down as I have astigmatism). When it was time to pay, the amount was not what I was expecting to pay, it was much cheaper. I questioned it at the time and the rep stated that she added everything I asked for (obviously she didn't). When I received my glasses on 2/27, the lenses were plastic, cheap looking and not shaved down like I originally asked(looked similar to America's Best lenses). Now the lenses are peeling and I cannot see out of them. I dont know if they thought I had the inability to pay for the best lenses or not but they should have HONORED MY REQUEST. If I could give these ppl ZERO STARS I would. Very bad experience

I had a good experience here it's a nice clean modern place, the ladies were polite, the doctor answered all of my questions throughout the exam, and I got a really cute pair of glasses (they had a large selection). I recommend this place.
