What a refreshing experience! I received expert guidance from a self-admitted "optical nerd" who gave me his full attention. In a store with *thousands* of frames, he hand-selected only a few for me. All were excellent. And all were from brands you just don't see at the mega stores. He even asked me questions about how I use my lenses (lots of computer work? play any golf?) It's easy to see why Romanelli Optix is still in business after 25 years. In a sea of minimum-wage-quality work, they are truly the eyeglasses professionals.
