Best in the business! Dr Heintz and her staff are extremely knowledgeable, kindly answering any question I had from start to finish. From scheduling my appointment to walking out the door, they went above and beyond to make sure I received the best eye care possible. Dr Heintz does an amazing job, being super compassionate while also working efficiently and thoroughly. Can't recommend them enough, I would without a doubt refer everyone to Dr Heintz!

I recently had an appointment here, and it was an excellent experience. The office was clean and organized, and the staff made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Heintz was very professional, patient, and thorough with my exam. She answered all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed. I requested a copy of my prescription and related medical records from my July 2024 exam. Under both HIPAA and the FTC Eyeglass Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 456), patients have the legal right to receive their prescription and medical records directly, upon request, without being required to go through another provider. Despite this, the staff refused to release my information to me and insisted they would only send it to another optometrist--an action that is not compliant with federal law. I ultimately had to involve the Costco manager just to obtain my own records. When they finally sent the document, they had altered the prescription by writing over the expiration date with "Do Not Use," making the original date illegible, and then covering the document with large "EXPIRED" markings. Editing or obscuring a patient's medical record prior to release is highly unprofessional, raises serious ethical concerns, and undermines the integrity of the record itself. The combination of refusing to provide legally-required access to my medical information and then modifying the document before releasing it is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location for any reason.

Dr. Heintz is an outstanding opthamalogist. She is very conscientious and makes sure everything is taken care of, and the best options are used!

Dr. Heinz is always amazing! She heard me say I'm going to a waterpark on vacation and gave me samples of daily contacts to take so I don't risk an eye infection from the water. She's has t been in network with my insurance for years but that won't stop me from going to her!
