I had a great experience at Vision Source Eyecare, thanks to Britney! She went above and beyond by arranging for my glasses to be delivered to a closer location so I could pick them up more conveniently. She also took the time to help me choose the right frames and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service--I really appreciate her extra effort and kindness. Highly recommend!

A few weeks ago, I purchased glasses from them. This was the third time over the years. This time there was a problem with the glasses, not their fault. And we couldn't really figure out, what exactly was wrong with them. I did not get the prescription from them, so it seems to be something in the prescription which this prescribing doctor couldn't really figure out either. Anyway, they bent over backwards and went far above and beyond the call of duty to make certain I had a pair of glasses that worked. Throughout the experience, they were kind and compassionate to this old man who was a bit frustrated with the whole situation, but never with them. I really appreciate their effort on my behalf and would recommended wholeheartedly to anyone in need of glasses. They actually give the kind of caring service so many people advertise but fall short of.

As my first visit to Visionsource with Dr. Erin Bales I was impressed with the quality of care that I received from the friendly front desk staff , to the care team, Dr. Bales and staff. My exam was extremely thorough and all of my questions were answered. It made me feel well taken care of. I highly recommend them. I will be sending my family and friends over to Dr. Bales !

I recently had my annual eye exam with Erin Bales and her team. I felt heard and respected. They were very willing to listen to even my smallest concerns and walked me through the process of the exam and the evaluation. Every single person I interacted with was kind, patient, and very helpful. I highly recommend them.

I moved to KCMO recently and have been past due for an eye exam. I saw that this place is a few minute walk from where I live, so I decided to try it. I had a good experience here. The woman who did my initial intake was nice. The doctor doing the eye exam, Dr. Burton was nice, and we discussed how we freakishly have the same birthday, including the year. I came to shop, and ended up buying 3 pairs of regular glasses and 1 pair of prescription sunglasses. I had two ladies helping me pick out glasses, Rameisha and another lady. They suggested some frames and spent time helping me choose. I was told that the glasses would come within 7-10 business days, and the sunglasses would take up to 15 business days. I got all of my glasses within 7-10 business days. All of the glasses came with hard cases and cleaning cloths, and Vision source supplied some glasses cleaner as well. I have worn my Tom Ford glasses (thick black frames) twice, and got compliments on them both days that I wore them. All in all, I don't have any complaints about my experience here. Several of the frames come at a hefty cost, but there are some more affordable options as well.
