I want to like this place, but the two times I've been, I just feel like I'm being herded through the exams like cattle and I'm treated like a profit point not a patient. I'm reflecting on my last visit, and it just solidifies that feeling. When I went, they had me stick my finger in a sensor for "a paid vitamin study" and it made no sense to me why an optometrist's office would need that, nor did I consent to doing it before my data was taken. Then, despite liking my current contacts brand, I was upsold on a new brand that costs more per year and I suspect gives a payout to this office if they sell more of them. The doctor didn't even ask me if I had issues with my current brand, which I don't. So why did she insist on switching me if not for a kickback? When I went to check out they charged me for some test I did that I was never informed would cost extra, then they tried to sell me on that new contact brand, bribing me with a limited-time rebate despite me saying I had recently purchased 6 months worth of contacts elsewhere. "Well can't you just return those?" It's not like my prescription changed so why should I bother? If I'm a valued patient, why does this office seem to care more about selling things to me than actually caring about my opinion or my informed consent? Why does your "rebate" have to be time-limited if you care about helping your patients save money? Just because you do it with a smile on your face doesn't make it right. I won't be back next year.

Like some other reviews I wanted to like this provider, but the constant lapse in baseline formal politeness and courtesy in the front office finally pushed me to find a better place for my company insurance. I would suggest you do the same if you are looking for a place with front office staff that will treat your business with civility and respect, especially if you have a concern or need help.

Came in with an outside Rx in need of some contact lenses as I forgot mine at home in a different state. They were able to give me trials which helped me tremendously. I am so grateful they were able to give those to me so I can see during my trip! Thank you!

Absolutely loved my experience here! I haven't received my glasses yet, but the entire team was so kind and gentle throughout the process. I had the pleasure of being seen by a training doctor who was incredibly thorough and spot-on with everything truly impressive! The supervising doctor came in to double-check, and as I suspected, everything was 200% accurate. When it came time to pick out my glasses, the two ladies in the office were fantastic, funny, friendly, and completely non-judgmental. They made the process feel relaxed and enjoyable. Their customer service is great from the front desk, to the assistants and Dr. Remington, as well as the ladies in the eyeglasses section. I recommend anyone come here for your eye needs.

Dr. Remington is absolutely amazing. I have an advanced case of Keratoconus, but yet she does a wonderful job of customizing soft contact lenses for optimal vision!

Dr. Remington has been treating my eyes scleral lenses for about 3-years now. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I am very pleased with Vision Source Plaza. Dr. Remington does a thorough exam and explains everything very well. She is not in a hurry and I feel confident I receive an excellent exam. The office staff and assistants are always friendly and efficient.
