Went in for my annual FREE eye exam my insurance provides... They said I have " that good insurance" and upcharge on anything and everything they could and made me purchase my glasses here when all I wanted was the results of my eye exam. Your best bet is going to Americas Best they are cheaper and you get a 2 free pairs of glasses with an eye exam!!

It might sound silly, but I am always genuinely excited to go to my appointments at the Liberty, MO Vision works location. Dr. Rudolph is always very kind and patient and listens to me, and the staff I see every year makes sure I get glasses that are colors I haven't gotten before, and that fit my face well! This year I was able to share pictures of my new kitten with one of the staff members, and he got genuinely excited with me and helped me feel very seen I was also able to bring a pair of my own frames! One of the two pairs I brought wasn't going to work out, but he helped me find another pair that looked great, and I was still able to get one of the pairs I brought and was excited about. Thank you guys!

This location is wonderfully staffed! Dr. Rudolph and his team were amazing with my 6 year old. They made her birthday at the eye doctors a forever memory. Today they brought her a slice of cake and sang happy birthday to her after having to get her eyes dilated. They all told her how fabulous she looked in her glasses. It was wonderful!!

I should have been sceptical when I was told the lenses and glasses only have a 30 day warranty. I could purchase an extended warranty, when other places offer a 1 year warranty free of charge. I know and understand how to clean lenses, as I've been wearing them for 30 years. After spending $600 now 3 months later with Vision works top of the line lenses, they are completely scratched up and virtually unusable. Vision works has lost my business.

Everyone is SO helpful at this location! They listen and address any issues or concerns. They know me by name when I come in and even helped my husband with an issue that happened at a different location. Steven and the manager, Steve, went above and beyond to make things right with him. Steven was so helpful to me as I tried to adjust to bifocals. In the end, they just didn't work for me so I was able to return them and go back to single vision glasses. They are very professional and definitely understand the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would recommend this location to everyone! 5 's!!!
