The doctor is very nice and has nothing to do with this, but the costumer service is very below decent. The main front desk lady is very rude and condescending. Same goes for the girl helping out with the front desk and lobby area. They just make the atmosphere very heavy and uncomfortable not just in person, but also through phone calls. The people in charge need to pay more attention on how their employees treats the costumers.

We've been to several walmart vision centers over the years, but we will never be returning to this one again. Very RUDE staff, and management. Stole our money and refuses to give it back.

Awesome experience at the vision center. I was in and out of there for my contacts exam. The doctor is a great guy . listens and doesn't overcomplicate the process like I've experienced other places. I really felt cared for at my appointment . Staff is no bs and I love that! ;) I think I finally found my favorite vision place. Highly recommend

The doctor was fantastic and it ends here. The person that was helping with my glasses kept trying to upsell me and when I told here what insurance would cover would be fine. Then it was they won't cover the tax. I left went home and called my insurance and she told me they had never received such a call. She then called Walmart and was told that is the case. She then found me somewhere else I could go.

Worse service ever! Two weeks ago I went to pickup my kids' order and the lady called Kim was at the front desk with a really rude attitude. At the end, she did say the order was not even in the system. Before I got an heart attack because she was sarcastically smiling, I left. If you want a good professional customer service, please don't go Walmart on 40 highway.

This place is grossly mismanaged with no working remainder for thier customers or at the very least, a verification system. But hey you can go in and deal with the rudest staff, who will just ignore you, saying there too busy to deal with you. A desperate place for desperate people.
