I've had nothing but great experiences at Dr. Novack's office. The entire team is friendly, professional, and truly takes the time to make you feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Novack is incredibly thorough with exams and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciate. The eyewear selection is also fantastic--stylish options and high-quality frames. The staff was very helpful in guiding me through what would work best for my face and prescription, and I never felt rushed or pressured. From start to finish, everything runs smoothly and efficiently. It's clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows. I highly recommend Dr. Novack's office to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and a great overall experience!

I had my first visit to the office because I was looking for an ophthalmologist and needed Saturday hours. I was surprisingly able to get in within a week of my phone call. All three of the staff I came into contact with - the doctor and two others - were very kind and professional. The office was clean and sanitized between patients. Mask use and physical distancing procedures were consistent. Staff were helpful, and there was no pressure for services that weren't needed. Almost the opposite. There is a wide selection of frames, at reasonable prices. Standard and premium lenses are available. I consider my final cost for the exam and new glasses perfectly reasonable.

I just love this place. I went in to get a pair of glasses and came out feeling like I had gained some family. The ladies in the front office were very helpful and patient with picking out my glasses because they really do have the largest selection in KC. They were honest when a pair did not look right on me and I very much appreciated that because no one wants to look bad in their new glasses. Dr. Novak was simple and to the point but very proficient at his job. No, he probably is not going to ask what your weekend plans are but he's not being rude, he's just an introverted kinda guy. I have seen a couple not great reviews about his bedside manner and let's not forget that he is an eye doctor. If you need coddled at the eye doctor, that is your problem. . I thought he was wonderful because I do not need coddled, I needed an eye exam, and that's exactly what I got. I would recommend this place to anyone and am so glad I came here. And I love my new glasses!

I visit the Kansas City Missouri location. I love it, the doctor didn't try to small talk with me. He was straight and to the point. The front desk ladies were so friendly, and so funny. It was clean and they were very good with sanitizing while we were there. Plus they had a wonderful selection on eyewear, and they were so helpful. I actually can't wait to go back and pick up my new glasses just to see them again!!

They helped us out when we were out of state traveling and really in a pinch by squeezing us into a same day appointment. I would recommend them purely from a customer care perspective, but they were also quick and efficient with the exam and getting us what we needed without a ridiculous cost even with no vision insurance. Thank you!!!

Place is a scam. I have a free eye exam through my insurance, but they ended up charging double for my "contacts prescription". Apparently my insurance only covers an eye exam with my glasses prescription? So they got paid 95 out of pocket by me and they billed my insurance 95. I know this is not typical since this is the first time I've ever experienced it with an eye doctor, but I needed the script so I just sucked it up. Go somewhere else, walmart vision centers or state line vision.

Excellent service and care. I've been going to this eye doctor office for about 3 years and have never had an unpleasant experience.
