Everyone at this office is AMAZING! I have been going here for years and they treat you like family. I had something come up that required an immediate appointment and they were able to squeeze me in and accommodate my crazy schedule. I love coming here and always look forward to seeing everyone at my annual visit :)

Absolutely rate Dr. Amann with 5 stars, he was great. Very helpful, attentive & overall had great provider-patient collaboration. However, the service I received outside of the office visit, was poor. I had an acute issue & called the office 5 times in 7 days. The following issues occurred: 1. No refills called in to my pharmacy & the one instance when the medication had been called in, proper instructions were not given (based on what the pharmacy verbalized). This was not corrected, an thus led to me running extremely low on my eye drop & using less than prescribed to make the medication last. 2. COMMUNICATION. I am a nurse & communication is very important in the healthcare field. I spoke to staff several times, so they obviously heard my concerns, but there was not 1 follow-up call. I did eventually receive a call from Dr. Amman himself & he referred me to a specialist. Again, he provided great care, especially for a provider who was just stepping in to handle my case. However, there is nothing worse than being in pain, discomfort & ADL's being affected by a medical issue & having to advocate so desperately for yourself just to receive the proper care. How could my experience have been improved? Communicate with your patients, EVEN if the issue isn't resolved, let them know what is going on behind the scenes & give them a tentative timeline. This ALONE would have changed my experience drastically. I do hope this can be improved for others & hopefully no one else will go through this.

The best eye exam I've ever had. The entire staff was amazing and so welcoming & friendly! Meeting them will actually make me look forward to my next exam and I will defiantly be back!
