I loved Dr. Baker. He's professional, has a great sense of humor & i can see crystal clear now. He went above and beyond to schedule me in quickly, when I had trouble with my previous eye dr & staff. He was also awesome with my 12 yr old son. The staff is always polite & willing to work with you on all areas. I highly recommend Dr. Baker & his staff!

I really enjoy Dr. Waterman. She's kind and thorough. The staff and other eye doctors I've met throughout my times here are knowledgeable and nice as well. There are several wonderful glasses options to try on in-office, and I never feel pressured, sticker shock or like things are being added to my glasses or contact orders without explanation or consent, like I have at other optometry places (Hilltop in Liberty). This office visit is always exactly what I expect (in the best way), and my insurance is enough to cover glasses + a percentage of contacts as well when I come here.

What a joyful and delightful experience at Liberty Optometry today! Dr. Waterman was incredible - she was so friendly, took the time to explain everything to me as we went along and I could feel how much she loves what she does. A true artisan and professional. Her staff were all incredibly efficient and friendly. This was hands down the best experience I've ever had with an Optometrist and can't wait to tell more people about it. Thank you Dr. Waterman and team for making my day!

They were great! As a person relatively new to glasses, they were so great and helpful in purchasing glasses. I had a really hard time finding a pair that were comfortable, and both Dr. Waterman and Linderer were patient and understanding in finding a pair that worked. Extra thanks to Dr. Linderer who went above and beyond in not only helping me find a pair that were comfortable, but that also had the right prescription and came back with that correct prescription. Really enjoyed working with her to get things right! Highly recommend her.

This was my first time visiting this office for my annual eye exam. The front desk office staff were welcoming and friendly. My eye exam started right on time and Dr. Baker was very professional and thorough with my exam! I will definitely be coming back to this office.

I had what felt like a car fender in my left eye. I called first thing in the morning, and was able to be seen that day (Saturday). Dr Linderer removed the debris from my eye and all was well. I've had examinations from both Drs and they are terrific! Very professional and never rushed. Excellent care:)

My husband and I were very pleased with our service we got. Dr Waterman took the time to explain things and didn't rush us out of the office. The staff was amazing! Will definitely be returning.

I showed up 10 mins early and called the office outside like they wanted due to Covid protocols. I was told it wold be a minute before the doctor was ready. I waited 15 mins and still no call so I called them back. I was told the doctor was still not ready and to wait for the call back. I waited another 15 mins which at this time was 30 mins past my appointment. I left because i have other meetings and appointments that I had to keep because I show up on time. This happens to often with doctors and consumers need to start holding them to the same standards as any other business. Its unacceptable. I drove 45 mins from Plattsburg for this appointment, so round trip it was a waste of 2.5 hours and about 3 gallons of gas. As far as I am concerned they owe me 15 dollars for gas. I would not recommend any doctor that can't keep their appointments no matter how good they are. If you like going to dinner with friend's and waiting 30 mins before any of them show up to meet you and then don't call you, then this is your place.
