I was sent there after I had woken up blind in my right eye. They were amazing! They took such good care of me, they brought my vision back to almost as good as it was before. They helped me out in so many ways while being absolutely kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and professional. I am thankful for them every day. Amazing people!

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Got a referral for glaucoma testing not only had to wait more than 2 hours in the lobby, once I was pulled back I was rushed through 3 tests at most and told they can't tell me anything about if I do/dont have glaucoma, if I am at risk, what are things I can do to help/prevent or even things to stay away from. I very much got the feeling this place just pumps as many people through the door to charge insurance and collect, but as for actually providing care for patients, it seems like an afterthought. Speaking of insurance they also decided to bill my insurance incorrectly and then waited 4.5 months to tell me so by the time it came to my attention it was past the 6 month appeal period. Now I can't resubmit or appeal anything for my insurance to cover it and I owe them over 400 out of pocket for them to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

This has been my elderly mom's eye clinic for a few years. She has not needed any surgeries even though she has cataracts. Our experience has been great. Everyone from receptionist, to medical assistants and the doctors are respectful, caring, and doing their best job. Comprehensive eye exams can be quite lengthy but they are efficient. Overall I recommend this eye clinic.

I needed help. My eye floaters were blurring my vision to the point I could not see by 3:00 pm each day. My phone call to McKnight Eye Center resulted in an appointment with Dr. Brett McKnight the following Tuesday. Dr. Brett discovered a hole in my retina, with the support of his caring staff that included Lindsay, Beth, plus others. Not that was enough, Dr. Brett asked his father for another opinion, and Dr. Scott McKnight took the time to laser the two holes (yes, during the procedure Dr. Scott found a second hole to repair) eliminating the likelihood of a tear that could have a permanent loss of vision!! Their clinics attitude is above what I have ever witnessed. Thank you all as I am very grateful for your help as I was the last patient out the door, as Dr. Scott McKnight, and Dr. Brett McKnight stayed with me past normal business hours to take care of their patient. I could say more, as the two ladies that helped me schedule the follow up were as professional as the entire staff that assisted me with the entire visit, as I left the office! After spending over $5,000.00 for eye lenses and can not see clearly and my eyes even hurt by evening. I had the University of Kansas eye center looked at the lens used and they are rated poorly for clarity of sight. They can be replaced so I am stuck with them for life. At 81 years old, I was starting to have cataracts so Bennett Eye recommended surgery. I should never have allowed them to do my surgery. I have never had to wear glasses for reading driving but now I have constant glare and eyes hurt all the time. Do not use McNight eye center because they do not provide the best lens and basically said get lost.

I have been going to eye doctors on my life. This office is so friendly and very helpful and the lighting is perfect especially when you get your eyes dilated.

I would recommend finding a different place to go for eye surgeries. My dad was referred to them from the regular eye doctor for cataract surgery. They do not explain the process very clearly and our first visit we were there for over 2 hours. We weren't told that he would have the whole eye exam again after he just had it done at the regular eye doctor. Then scheduling all the other appointments has been a nightmare. Every visit has had issues. We missed an appointment that we weren't even aware of, and then rescheduling ended up being messed up too. We showed up and checking in was told the appointment is tomorrow. I even called the morning of to double check myself and was told, yes today at 3! Find somewhere else
