This place is amazing. Staff is attentive, staff is observant. They're very helpful, very polite when you walk in. The door feels like a family. The experience was amazing. Walking in that day was the best thing. I've ever done thank you guys.

SVS has always been a go-to. However, I showed up today and my appointment had been canceled. When reviewing my call logs, I had a voicemail to confirm my appointment, nothing about needing to reschedule or even a missed call. Next appointment that was available was April. Sorry, not impressed. I found a new provider, that took me as a new patient and took my insurance this afternoon. Sorry SVS, i'm done.

Went in last year saying I cant see when it is dark out and was told "We cant change the street lights". Went to another eye doctor and was told my scripts have been majorly wrong for probably a year or more. New script, I can see properly, even at night. Run from SVS, they do not care about your vision, only lining their pockets.

First went in to order safety glasses. Since I work for ford the cover the cost. They never ordered them. Went back in 3 weeks later and found out they weren't ordered. So they said they have my information so they ordered them. About a week and a half goes by I get the call they are in. First bit wasn't the glasses I picked out then the prescription wasn't right. She said it was but I needed bifocals and they weren't. So they order them again and then call me saying I got to pay for them. I didn't pay anything and they weren't ordered. This was in a month time at least. Manager calls me and apologize. Said she's going to look into what happened and call me back. It's been over another month and never heard a thing. They say the strive for customer service I say different. Save the hassle and go elsewhere. This company will screw ya. I'm checking to see if I got changed for the glass and betting that I did.

I had the best experience looking for new frames at this location. Renee helped me find the most stylish frames. She is a classy and knowable woman with excellent customer service skills. Not only was she relatable she was chic! She was efficent as well as pleasant to work with. I am looking forward to picking up my new frames in about a week. Thank you Renee for being such a blessing .

Waited since July 2024 til mid November 2024 to get glasses. No eye exam just glasses. I was told it would be $35 more for transition lenses but when I went into pick them up they are trying to charge me $71 more. Already paid $209 out of pocket after my insurance paid. So I brought $50 in when they were ready, way more then enough, right? Wrong! I told them I will be back with the $21 in a couple hours or just send me the bill. I've made 4 visits already trying to get this order correct(1st visit bifocal was wrong)they flat out refused over $21. I'm here now getting my money back. 100%

This team is awesome. It was my first time visiting and they made me feel special and comfortable. From the moment I walked in the door I was engaged and felt at home. I have to give a special shout out to Haley. She was very patient and super friendly. I will definitely going back.

My husband and I double booked so we could get both of our appts done. It was such a pleasant appointment. They got us right in and right out, taking care of EVERYTHING we needed taken care of. Thank you SVS! We really want to say thank you to the Liberty crew you're simply amazing
