My wife and I got our eye exams and glasses here in July of 24. I'm still waiting for a callback on one of the issues with my glasses that was never resolved.
Customer service is great inside the store but not good at all once you're gone.
The quality is good. Workmanship on the lenses was not good.
The eye doctor was friendly and thorough until I asked for a copy of my prescription.
I also had to ask for a receipt showing the charges.
I don't remember ever being this unhappy with something I spent that much money on so we cancelled our follow up eye exams and scheduled with another provider.
