We were absolutely blown away at how amazing the care was here! We messed up our appointment day and they still accommodated us anyways. We showed up a week early accidentally. The whole staff was polite, friendly and so helpful! I was glad I came along with my husband as the girls; Megan and Linda had the lab fix my glasses while we waited. They replaced all the bushings,nose pieces and made them good as new. I was thrilled! We will definitely be back and highly recommend them!

We appreciate all that the bell family eye care does two of my boys have autism and the are always wonderful with them and my other kids. They exhibit, patients, and kindness. And are always friendly. It always smells good and is clean.

I've went for almost 10 years, Very friendly. Dr. Bell was super kind and helpful. The lady who helped me pick frames was AMAZING I felt bad not being able to choose and picking a lot out but she reassured me and helped me find a pair that fit my face really well. I felt like the girl in the movies who gets to pick a bunch of clothes and try them on it was a great experience and will definitely recommend them to everyone forever

I went in for a contact lens exam. My father has been a client of his for several years and has consistently been a satisfied customer. After seeing Dr. Bell for the first time, I would have to agree. Dr. Bell was very welcoming and his customer care was assuring. The staff performed equally. I was a new patient for Dr. Bell. Dr. Bell is amazing! We are always nervous about trying somewhere new, however, That feeling quickly went away due to Dr. Bell's friendly demeanor. He listens to your concerns, and thoroughly exams his patient's eyes to determine the best course of treatment for one to see perfectly! Dr. Bell determined that I no longer needed glasses except to use at the computer to prevent damage. He determined the reason for my headaches were in fact the glasses! The staff is super friendly and quickly gets you taken care of! The atmosphere at his office is welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Bell and his crew!

I'm traveling on business and I'm from the Boston area. I got up this morning. I noticed that my sunglasses the nose piece was missing. So I went on Google and found.Bell Family Eye Care and walked in right at 8am. Linda did not have the correct piece to help me but instead she rigged a piece so I could at least get back to Boston with my sunglasses. All I can say is it this place was extremely nice, very clean and extremely helpful especially Linda.
